“Our cruise consierge Helen Conway is exceptionally good at her job. She spent a long time, with a cheerful, patient manner, assisting us to choose a cruise. She was efficient, knowledgeable and went way beyond what she needed to, to give us guidance and additional advice. I cannot praise her highly enough and would seek her help again.”

“Our cruise concierge Susan Burton was amazing. We spoke with her on Sunday and made a good effort to comply with our needs. After doing as she said and contacting company's Monday morning she called me back as arranged with the deal we needed. Brilliant. Pleasant, polite, helpful, friendly and got it right. A brilliant employee and as a result we will definitely be back again.”
