“Helen Conway made us very happy! She did a great job of making some pretty complicated arrangements for us. She was easy to get in touch with and is very knowledgeable about river cruises, flight arrangements and getting us to and from airports. It would have been very difficult for us to arrange everything. Thank you so much,Helen.”

“I was trying to book a river cruise and had date and cost constraints. I could have spent ages trawling through looking for a suitable one but Gill was fantastic and within about 5 minutes had come up with two suitable trips. The only problem then was I had to decide which one !!!”

“Susan Burton was a very helpful and pleasant representative. We have booked what we wanted, although the print copy of the Confirmation had a few typo errors about which I shall be speaking to Susan as soon as I have sent this e-mail. You are fortunate in employing such a representative who seems to know how to deal with customers and potential customers in a satisfying manner. [I am slightly surprised that you ask for comments before the trip takes place but I assume another questionnaire will follow after we have travelled.]”
