“As a couple who have not been on a river cruise for 25 years we had lots of questions to ask. Susan Burton the River Cruise Concierge was most helpful in answering all our questions and we were very happy to go ahead for a booking which celebrates our Golden Wedding.”

“As a" newbie" at river cruising I found your staff courteous, informayive and very helpful. I amtravelling with a family friend who like me lost her spouse several years ago and therefore our requirements, which were rather different, were met with great skill. If the river cruisse is as good as the planning then we are on for the trip of a lifetime !! John Figg”

“Sue Thomas was very helpful and considerate. All of our questions were clearly answered and explained in a cheerful and courteous way. All of our requests were dealt with in an attentive way - any alternatives were pointed out in a clear and concise manner. Sue Thomas also made us aware of possible of options and when asked gladly gave us the benefit of her knowledge and experience - making choosing much easier. We will use Sue Thomas again. A.W. “It seemed that a couple of the river cruises for single travellers were not available (without doubling the cost) so I was disappointed to see them listed on the Single Offers webpage. However, Sue Thomas was very patient and very informative (as it will be my first river cruise. I have only used large cruisers up until now) about the river cruises that I was looking at and I am now looking forward to trying that sort of holiday in October (hoping it's not too cold!!) which I have now booked.”

“A young lady called Emma Gray helped to find us a perfect short cruise to celebrate my husbands' 80th birthday.From Honfleur to Paris which was great as we live in Normandy so very easy for us to get to Honfleur to meet the boat and not too long away as we have to pay to kennel our 2 dogs as well.So thankyou very much for the very friendly and helpful advice from Emma.Will definitely be looking to travel again later in this year.
