“Simon Collinge is very attentive in looking after clients and prospective clients needs. He clearly identifies what the client is after and tailors the river trip to that standard. He is also very precise and clear about the river cruise packages which enables the client to make an informed choice. On the down side, I am somewhat surprised that River Voyages required full payment for the Russian river voyage we have just booked, four months prior to the trip. I question the ethics of such practice and would like to know why?”

“Originally I made an email enquiry, which was acknowledged promptly. Susan rang to discuss my plans at the time that I had requested. The booking was arranged in an efficient friendly way, and I would not hesitate to recommend the company from my experience.”
