“Very efficient ,listen to what I wanted came back with a breakdown of costs and options that were open to us. Very competive on price , very quick on commication. Because of all the above we have booked three holidays within 6 weeks .”

“I booked our river cruise with Erin who was extremely helpful and patient. I was rather indecisive for some time, but she set out a number of options for us, and did it quite cheerfully which makes all the difference!”

“My first contact was by email, which was shortly answered by River Voyages. As this was late on a Friday, it was arranged that I would receive a call on Monday with answers to all of my questions. From that point on it was plain sailing and all details were confirmed and dealt with and my booking was made and confirmation emailed to me. I am now looking forward to xmas away. Thank you all.”

“Helen has bent over backwards to explain everything in detail and walked me thru the whole process .As I live in Australia she even rang me which is extraordinary so many companies over promise and under deliver Helen Conway has provided exceptional customer service with everything crossing her I,s and dotting her t,s and any questions I have had via email she has replied promtly. I would recommend your company to anyone I can”

“Helen was very friendly and new everything about the cruise she gave me information without having to ask for it. I did get a quote cheaper from another company but was so impressed with the service Helen gave that I felt paying that bit extra gave me peace of mind .”

“Just booked a cruise on the Danube for June 2017 , the customer service from Jill was excellent & she even managed to get us a top class cabin for less than the rate advertised. Can't wait for next summer!”

“Got the cruise on the Douro what we wanted andn when we wanted. Service by Emma our concierge with Riviera Cruises was excellent and fun booking. Our booking was our first for this type of holiday. Every help and assistance was given and we did not feel pressured at all when making our booking.”

“We had a very good last minute deal for the Avalon Paris/Normandy river cruise leaving Paris on 24th September 2016. Everything was organised very well ( except for a slight delay with transport home from Bristol airport). It was our first river cruise and I wouldn't hesitate to use River Voyages again. Many thanks to all who helped with the last minute booking: Erin, Katherine, Simon and Rachel with apologies to anyone I've left out. Thanks for a memorable holiday.”

“Concierge was very helpful and pleasant.. my booking was made easy and all was explained. Further contact is required but i have the correct numbers to ring when the information you need is available. Very satsifactory.”
