“I have been dealing with a lady called Pippa. She has been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for her. She has answered any questions I have asked her immediately. She has made me feel very confident that I have made the correct decision to book through River Voyages.”

“Very efficient ,listen to what I wanted came back with a breakdown of costs and options that were open to us. Very competive on price , very quick on commication. Because of all the above we have booked three holidays within 6 weeks .”

“My first contact was by email, which was shortly answered by River Voyages. As this was late on a Friday, it was arranged that I would receive a call on Monday with answers to all of my questions. From that point on it was plain sailing and all details were confirmed and dealt with and my booking was made and confirmation emailed to me. I am now looking forward to xmas away. Thank you all.”

“Helen has bent over backwards to explain everything in detail and walked me thru the whole process .As I live in Australia she even rang me which is extraordinary so many companies over promise and under deliver Helen Conway has provided exceptional customer service with everything crossing her I,s and dotting her t,s and any questions I have had via email she has replied promtly. I would recommend your company to anyone I can”

“Helen was very friendly and new everything about the cruise she gave me information without having to ask for it. I did get a quote cheaper from another company but was so impressed with the service Helen gave that I felt paying that bit extra gave me peace of mind .”
