“At our initial contact with river voyages the concierge handled our booking very efficiently and was pleasant through out. The promised case of wine and the confirmation from Avalon Waterways arrived within the predicted time scales.”

“From the outset River Voyages were very responsive to requests for any information required to choose our holiday. All aspects regarding travel options, cabin choices and package inclusions. Also the clear statement of essential documentation and drawing attention to passport renewal date action which was needed.”

“I dealt again with Emma, who helped us with a cruise earlier this year. She was very thorough, and very patient working through just what we wanted from our cruise. It was more like talking things through with a good friend than talking to a rep.”

“Emma Gray, Cruise Concierge, very clear, polite and helpful. Also her colleague, Erin Madine, Only blip so far we received an email confirmation - which I now know is a copy from Riviera to River Voyages. The information on this confirmation appeared to have several discrepancy, ie my address, total cost, telephone number, etc. I telephoned you office and was assured this is only a copy of details which you receive. Would be better if I had not received copy of email as this caused much confusion. Hopefully now all sorted by Sophie at your offices.”

“Excellent service from Susan and Gill. Good info provided and when we got a confirmation call we had been given a £600 discount from Avalon, plus a case of wine. Booking process was very easy, concierges were very helpful and friendly. I hope the service on the river cruise is as good! :)”
