“Very efficient lady that dealt with my booking,she was extremely helpful especially when she realised our friends were on the same trip and managed to get us cabins together on the ship. I cannot fault anything she did.”

“I rang to make an enquiry regarding a river cruise and a lady called Sue Thomas answered all my questions and guided through my booking, she was very helpful and easy to speak to, we are now looking forward to our holiday in the summer.”

“Having cruised extensively on the ocean, we had been considering a European river cruise for some time but were finding it hard to differentiate between the different cruise lines and itineraries on offer. Catherine helped cut through the confusion and helped us make our decision - including spending an hour on the phone to us on New Years Eve ! Excellent follow up too from Emma to who helped arrange our flights and finalise details. We can't wait for our river cruise this summer ! All in all probably the most professional cruise agent we have ever booked through ! Many thanks !”

“From the outset River Voyages were very responsive to requests for any information required to choose our holiday. All aspects regarding travel options, cabin choices and package inclusions. Also the clear statement of essential documentation and drawing attention to passport renewal date action which was needed.”
