“Our engineer was called Mike and his assistant was called Jay. They listened to what we had to say concerning our problem. Mike made several suggestions and after listening carefully to him decided to take up the option of making our taps easier to turn on. They were both courteous, easy to talk to and technically very knowledgeable.”

“He was polite. Really helpful and pleasant. Explained what needed doing and after the job was completed showed me the rusting part that was replaced. I felt very confident in his ability to do the job. As far as the company is concerned, I was very happy with the charges and the job was completed in the hour. I had been quoted by a few other plumbers £80 call out, plus £80 for labour, plus any parts that would be needed. I am coming back as a plumber!!!”

“The company were very professional keeping me informed from booking to when the Plumber would arrive. The plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything in away I could understand and showed me what he meant.”

“The engineer came and shown where the boiler was situated and got on with the job. After completing the job explained the problem fixes and issued a warning notification regarding the Flu as it is not clamped as it should be. The heating is know up and running fine. He also told me the water pressure can fall low a few times a year.”

“Excellent service, less than 3 hours between my initial call and the arrival of a smiley faced engineer. Cistern valve replaced in 20 minutes and off he scooted to his next job. Can't praise the engineer highly enough. No chatting, no time wasting and straight to work like a dog at hot chips. Polite, agreeable and knowledgeable. Bit taken aback by the labour rate but the quality of the service justifies it. Wouldn't hesitate to call Rightio again. Cheers, Bob.”
