“My central heating developed control problems on the week before the heaviest snow in 7 years. My regular engineer let me down by not solving the problems. Calls to other agencies were not returned. Rightio sent their man on the same day of the call, and gave me simple heating to get me through the night. A vital part was obtained the next morning and the system restored by lunchtime. The problem was confusing and challenging combination of four illusive technical defects on what is now a 30 year old but normally reliable system. "Jo" demonstrated his skills in a calm analytical manner with a successful outcome. This was an expensive incident, but it was not going to solved without first identifying the problems and the competent skills to correct them. Rightio served me well. I wish I had called them in earlier. I wouldn't have had to be on temporary heating for a week.”

“I was very pleased at the fast and efficient service done with a smile. Congratulations. Only comment - the job took 15 minutes and I paid for an hour; as a senior citizen would it not be a thought to honor some time back as credit, after all VAT was charged not only on the parts but the labour as well.
