“I phoned the company early on 23rd Dec to say our heating had broken down. They said someone would be able to come out between 11.00 and 12.00. They then rang to say it would be in the afternoon. At 4.00 I began to get worried, so rang them up and was told it would definitely be before 5.00. That was the last I heard from them. No one came, and no one answered my phone calls. So thankyou Righto, we’ve had no heating over Christmas. My advice to anyone thinking about hiring this firm - don’t. If they had only said they could not guarantee to come that day, I would have found someone else who could.”

“Rang at 7.30am advising that we had a water leak in the loft. Spoke to a really helpful lady who took all the details. I then received a call 10 mins later from a man to say it was being dealt with and I would receive a call soon. Hadn't heard anything by 11am so rang, was still waiting to be sorted. Got to 3pm and still heard nothing, rang again to be told my job had been refused and they were about to ring me!! No other option given. Luckily my Husband had identified where the leak had come from and we had turned the water off. We therefore had no heating or water all day. Googled another company and they came within an hour and a half and sorted it. I appreciate it is very near Christmas but service received today very poor and won't be using again job ref 5926547”

“REF NO 5925102 Mohammed did a good job replacing the worn out and old extractor fan in our BATHROOM and replaced with a modern slim line one. Would recommend him and the company.”

“I had tried to get hold of a local emergency plumber 5 days before Christmas without success. Within minutes of calling Rightio the plumber was booked for early that afternoon. The plumber called beforehand and arrived as arranged. He quickly assessed the problem with the leaking pipe and went to the merchants to collect the parts and the whole problem was resolved quickly and professionally. Absolutely delighted with the outcome. The plumber was friendly, highly skilled and a good communicator. Would definitely use Rightio again. Thank you.”

“Plumber came fixed leaking toilet started leaking 2 weeks later with water now dripping right across kitchen sealing but can't get anybody to me until at least tomorrow. Not happy so now have a repair to the ceiling to sort out.”

“Explained the problem a week ago. They booked an engineer in. He had no clue how to fix the problem and left straight away. Phoned customer services, who apologised but said they had no one to deal with the problem. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place. Have gone to another company who know what they are doing.”

“Do not use. Unreliable. A week to perform a simple repair on a boiler, the replacement of a washer and a thermistor. Kids have had to move out it’s so cold.”
