“A company with a great presence on you tube to help you choose the right product, easy to deal with, pheasant and helpful. Good communication skills with an online chat service to help with any questions also. I bought from them without even going to there store. I'm in Bolton they are in London. 👍 Thanks again 🍻”

“I was looking for something a bit cooler than the usual electric bike offerings and searching for UK stockists of Super 73 that then led me to the Ride & Glide website. Then I saw the ZOOZ BMX styled E-bikes and I just had to have one being an old BMX addict in the 1980's. What an awesome bike and superb service all round from Ride & Glide.”

“Im dissapointed. I ordered an Apollo Phantom V3 (2023). When it arrived it is an V2 2021 upgraded to an V3. Thats fooling customers. On my receipt it says Apollo V3. No where you tell me its an upgraded V2. The scooter works well but you are fooling people. Also on the website i could read that the V3 was supposed to arrive early to mid june. Thats why i ordered from you. For an upgraded i could have bought it from someone closer by.”

“I enquired months back about the Apollo Phantom scooter range. I was told by Pierre at that time that there were no V3's in stock but I could order what was in stock (The V2's) and he could upgrade a V2 into a V3, with the V3 upgrade kit. I chose to rather purchase a Phantom 2023 (V3) on pre-order and wait, instead of having a V2 upgraded to a V3 - as this is what my son wanted. So, therefore, we placed and paid for a Apollo 2023 V3 pre-order and were prepared to wait for all this time. I specifically asked and placed the order for the Apollo Phantom 2023 (V3) and not the Apollo Phantom 2021 (V2), but when the scooter finally arrived yesterday, we were shocked and horrified to discover that Ride+Glide has sent us an open box with a Apollo Phantom 2021 V2 that has been upgraded to a V3 with the kit and not what we ordered and paid for. I have written emails to both Pierre and Toby yesterday as well as Apollo and have yet to receive a response with an explanation of why we were sent a scooter we did not want or buy. This is outrageous and unacceptable. My son is sad and not in a good place after the long-anticipated wait. The scooter is still in its box as this is not the scooter we waited for so long. We would like a solution to this issue ASAP. Regards, Alex”

“Ride and glide are excellent, friendly and professional I have bought 3 x types of pev from them over the years … the bondi element being the latest .. and that’s a fantastic piece of kit .. you can kick it like a normal scoot easy and also be assisted by the motor”

“I was not so satisfied with the Customer Service. I bought 2 fender and it was promissed that they will send me a link with the right screws to fix the screws but till more than 1 week nwas no reaction on it!”
