“We found dealing with Richardson& Starling,Aberdeen branch to be efficient and dependable. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The joiner Derek on was on site for 3 days was excellent and carried out his work in a competent manner despite the restrictions of Covid. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends.”

“Last week damp proofing work was completed successfully and on time by Mike and Bob. They provided a professional service throughout, experienced in what they do so we had complete confidence in them and couldn't recommend the company more highly than we do. Any questions were answered immediately by them and the finish is excellent with the kitchen and other rooms restored perfectly. From our initial contact and meeting with Alan Brown, subsequent meetings and phone calls with Steve we felt we were in good hands. Thank you.”

“I was worried about the floorboards in my hall but one visit from Allan Brown put my mind at rest. He advised just a bit of damage due to being lifted and re laid a number of times. He was courteous, professional and I would definitely instruct this company again if I had any concerns in the future.”

“Had the pleasure of dealing with James Dunn from Glasgow Branch when we had an issue with our hardwood flooring . James assessed the situation made a diagnosis confirmed diagnosis after double checking and advised on solution this was all done with a free Quote Very professional service .Highly recommend this company .”

“We had issues with damp in the rear bedroom of our cottage. Survey suggested damp proof lining and insulation was needed to fix this. The work was carried on over two days by David Wade, Stuart Rodger, Jordan Reid and John Mills from Richardson and Starling. Excellent work from the guys and they cleaned and tidied up at the end, can't fault them at all. Really pleased with the work from start to finish.”

“The plasterer who done the work in my house was the most polite and professional tradesman i have come across in many years , , From the minute he chapped the door he explained everything he would be doing and took me throo every stage and explained why it gets done that way , The first he done when he came into my house he insisted on laying protetive cover on carpets and flooring , During works he even asked if he could plug in his radio , normaly tradesman dont care or ask they jst plug anything if they need . The finish to the two walls were amazing not a blemish to be seen , Im sure his name was Steven Allan , i remember rightly”

“I was very worried about a possible damp patch in my Aberdeen property. I contacted Richardson and Starling and they came free of charge within the week. Steven McLeavy was courteous and 'Covid aware'. He took time to explain the issues, inspect the relelvant areas and reassure me that no further work was required. This initial visit was free of charge and I was delighted that no work needed to be carried out.”

“From start to finish on this job in our cellar, Richarson and Starling Edinburgh branch did an excellent job. They kept us fully informed throughout, and were very accommodating when we had to change start dates. Jamie and Ryan did an excellent job responding to our requests to protect the next room from dust as much as possible. Great chaps to have on site.”

“Richardson & Starling have just carried out a job for the removal of woodworm in my cellar. The whole experience throughout, from the first telephone call, then to the actual survey followed by the report and ultimately to the job itself, was all extremely professional and pleasant. William and Scott who carried out the work were very pleasant and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend Richardson & Starling.”
