“Evan, Deacon and Kevin from Dumfries did a fantastic job of tanking my house. High praise for their expertise. Although the work was dusty, they kept the mess to the bare minimum and cleared the rooms when they finished. Highly recommended for their efficiency and friendliness. Will certainly use this Company again.”

“I was very happy with the survey done by Steven McLeavy. He was professional and very knowledgeable. The email and phone communications with the firm have been very efficient and friendly and the treatment works were also completed efficiently on the day by Daniel and Callum.”

“Happy with works, second day the men did not have the correct items to proceed with the job, they they then had to leave, don’t know if breakdown in communication between the men, The old window sill had been discarded, however the replaced, after discussion with Roddy who was excellent, new window fitted by my joiner got damaged but was sorted, many thanks Lorraine McGill”

“Excellent service all round from Richardson and Starling Dundee. From the initial survey by Gary, through to the excellent customer service by Wendy, it was topped off by a thoroughly professional job overseen by Contracts Manager Steven and the very experienced technician Bob. The whole team were supportive and flexible to our needs, and specifically when we were let down by an ancillary supplier. They came to our rescue and the job was completed most efficiently and promptly.”

“Great job done by Kirkcaldy branch. Emma was very professional in organising at her end. Irvine and Floyd who carried out the works were polite and Very Thorough from start to finish.”

“We can’t recommend Richardson & Starling enough. After having several other companies look at damp in our dining room and it not being resolved we went to the experts. Within 1 day of the work being completed it was clear that the issue has been solved as the plaster had dried out, which had previously taken weeks. Surveyor and workmen were reliable, trustworthy and the house was left in a clean and tidy order. Thank you”

“Just had a job completed by Richardson and Starling, and wanted to comment on the excellent level of service received from start to finish. Rachael in the office was very efficient and quick to reply to any communications, Mark was very helpful and informative, and Dave and Kostas worked hard and did a very professional job of completing the works to schedule and to a high level. Thanks all! I wouldn't hesitate to use R&S again, although I hope not to have to. :-)”

“We were very happy with the woodwoem treatment we had carried out, all was completed in 1 day. Kostas and Dave were fantastic and they cleared up afterwards. Rachel was great at helping us schedule the work for the best possible time. Overall a very professional company.”

“Richardson & Starling have one of the best service of tradesmen that I’ve come across. They were roughly in my home for two months doing a job and each one of them, be it the electrician, joiner, plasterer, plumber etc arrived when they said they would, were respectful of me and my home in their work and tidied up after themselves. The communication from head office was excellent, every change or process was discussed along the way. I would certainly use them again.”
