“From initial survey to completion of the job, I have been impressed by the professionalism of Richard and Starling. All appointments made were kept, communication was clear and the work was of the highest standard. The price for the work was reasonable with no unforeseen additions.”

“Callum and David Anderson from the Aberdeen branch were here for several days, dealing with damp in the chimney wall and woodworm in the loft space. They were excellent and tidied up each time they left the property. Must include Rachael from Admin in the Aberdeen office, too. Really helpful. Thanks to all for a first class job”

“Neil, Danny and Lucas worked very hard for 2 1/2 days to repair some rotting woodwork around our windows, despite having to start out at an unearthly time in the morning to reach us. They were very prompt each day and cannot be faulted for their consideration and courtesy throughout the job. Our first experience of R&S at the "coal face" but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to one and all on the basis of our experience this week. Top marks, guys!”

“I had Neil & Lucas from the Aberdeen branch out to tackle a bit of woodworm in the loft. Arrived at 8am like I was told if not a wee bit early. Nice and pleasant to chat with before the job and done a bit quicker than they had thought. Also gave some advice on my insulation so that I can get the house ready for the colder nights. Thanks”

“Had quite a large bit of work done to sort out damp in the home. Multiple rooms vacated, walls ripped out etc. Whilst it was a lot of upheaval - cannot fault the work of the Aberdeen branch. Office staff were responsive and helpful + Neil and Lucas were lovely and hard working throughout. Also - good job done on all three of her big walls. Tidied and finished well + done on schedule. Excellent work.”

“Delighted with the work the Aberdeen office team did to address joist end rot in our vestibule and to treat the cellar for woodworm. The professional advice given by Steven McLeavy during the initial survey was excellent and his followup visit to match the repair proposal to our needs was really appreciated. The repair team, David Anderson and Calum, were fantastic too making a neat job and completing the work within the agreed timescale and leaving everything very tidy on completion. Have used Richardson and Starling before and definitely recommend them!”
