“All of the Aberdeen team were excellent, from the office staff to the guys, Dave and Lee, who carried out the work. All the work was carried out on time to a high standard, and left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Richardson & Starling.”

“Having bought a property in an area we didn't know it was a leap of faith choosing a company to perform a pre-purchase survey. The Dundee office of Richardson&Starling were so helpful. Michalene was our first point of contact & she gave the advice we needed to proceed & arranged everything. Allan Brown, our surveyor, was approachable, professional & informative. Property purchase completed the work Allan had identified was quickly underway. The guys were swift, professional & tidy & Michalene ensured the guarantee for the work was sent promptly. A very satisfactory experience.”

“I booked a damp survey over the phone and Melvin, Senior Surveyor, arrived prompt and was extremely helpful. Melvin assessed the damp issue in the close and helpfully discussed the possibilities of why it was happening, whether the issue was urgent or not and what options there were in dealing with it. Melvin was able to answer all my questions and at no time did I feel under any pressure to agree to having any work done. I now have a better understanding of what the problem is and how best to resolve it. On this experience I would have no qualms about recommending Richardson & Starling, thanks for your time Melvin, much appreciated.”

“Just had the first part of the damp proofing done by Colin J and Mark B. Very pleased, turned up on time and did a nice neat job despite walls being off the plumb. Pleasantly surprised how clean the room was left. Plasterer is due tomorrow hopefully he will be as good.”

“I was delighted with the professionalism of Billy and David from the Ayr branch who worked in my home to rid my bedroom walls of dampness. Both men were very polite, cheerful and very efficient at their jobs.Their workmanship was of a very high quality and when they were finished they left my room spotlessly clean. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.”

“I required urgent woodworm treatment in the roof as insulation work couldn’t continue until the issue was resolved. The Aberdeen team were excellent - Jackie in the office was lovely to deal with and responded quickly and positively with my enquiry, making every effort to meet my unreasonable timescales! On the day the team of Robbie Smith and Kieran Greig worked quickly to spray the affected area, leaving everything clean and tidy. Fast and professional service conducted to a high standard.”

“Very very pleased with the workmanship, manners and care given to us during work being carried out in our home. Damp roofers were professional and clean during their processes. The electrician was also efficient even though he had to make sure the cats did not escape. The plasterer was magnificent and his work is flawless. The teams we had were excellent and very tidy and clean during the whole process. Would highly recommend this company for their professionalism.”

“From start to finish dealing with this company has been very easy, professional, trustworthy & friendly, Everyone we dealt with Sandra, Robin, Malcolm & John were so nice & always keeping us updated on everything that was going on & always helpful with any queries we had. “I had the company out to sort my damp problems in my bedroom and kitchen, my technicians were John Mills and Jordan Murphy they did a fantastic job of taking the walls right back to the brickwork and did an incredible job of plastering and joinery they also tidied up and cleaned my floors i couldn't have asked for a better team. thank you so much”
