“We purchased a Rhinox 4' tilt ditching bucket for our Yanmar vio55. The customer service person was very helpful and shiped quickly. We recieved it last week and installed it. This week weve used it to strip vegetation off a hillside and flaten a hillside for a rock retaining wall. Very happy with this product. Mark Brown”

“Not only did the rake riddle bucket change how we work every day building mountain bike trails, but it was affordable, strong, and delivered so quickly. We liked it so much, we reached out to Rhinox to have them build a custom rake riddle with narrower tines. The engineers worked with us on the design, and they had it delivered to us a month later. We will be ordering all buckets and attachments from Rhinox in the future for all our machines!”

“My Kubota U17 had sheered the bushing and pin on my bucket and I found Rhinox on the internet. I found the parts I needed on your website and ordered them at half the cost that it would have been had I purchased them from the dealer. Although the parts had to be shipped from the United Kingdom and this would have taken longer than I could have waited. When I contacted your company you immediately refunded the purchase price of the items and took great care of the problems of the extended wait. However, I do want to purchase the quick connect and the trenching bucket from your company and will work closely with your Reps to complete that purchase. Great upcoming company here in the USA. Terrific customer service and excellent quality product Line. I will use these products again”

“This was my first time ordering parts for bigger equipment. I called in to confirm specs and measurements and the support person was right on the ball with all of it. I ordered up online and received the bucket about 3 days later. Super fast shipping, great prices, and no hidden costs, and free shipping! “Bought two tilt bucket attachments for Kubota 80 excavators. All the welds on top of one bucket broke, and the company is in no hurry to replace it under their “lifetime warranty.” The other bucket does not fit the machine coupler. I’m quickly finding out that the guarantee Rhinox offers doesn’t mean anything. I’ve been told that the issue will be resolved, and am yet to hear any solution from Rhinox about two weeks after reporting the problem. The sales manager has not been helpful and I’ve lost weeks of production and tens of thousands of dollars due to the lack of communication and the failure to meet warranty standards. I’d highly recommend buying attachments elsewhere.”
