“I have been purchasing buckets and attachments from Rhinox for a number of years/ I have had extremely great products and extremely great customer service/ They have always been very helpful and all the products I have purchase are still in great shape and no issues”

“I’ve now bought 2 attachments for my KX040 from Ron and I wouldn’t ever consider buying from anyone else. The attachments that I have purchased are extremely heavy duty and Ron is AMAZING to deal with. Thank you Rhinox for building such quality products at a reasonable price!!!!”

“My expeirience with Rhinox customer service has been excellent. They have been very responsive and helpful for a return of an excavator bucket and reorder for the correct bucket. The bucket we ordered and was not the correct one for our machine.”

“The bucket I received is very loose (sloppy) once attached to the machine. It's as if the pin holes are larger than necessary on the bucket. The teeth are also positioned in a way that obstructs the thumb from fully closing (perhaps this relates to the loose attachment). Customer service is not responsive.”
