Bought two tilt bucket attachments for Kubota 80 excavators. All the welds on top of one bucket broke, and the company is in no hurry to replace it under their “lifetime warranty.” The other bucket does not fit the machine coupler. I’m quickly finding out that the guarantee Rhinox offers doesn’t mean anything. I’ve been told that the issue will be resolved, and am yet to hear any solution from Rhinox about two weeks after reporting the problem. The sales manager has not been helpful and I’ve lost weeks of production and tens of thousands of dollars due to the lack of communication and the failure to meet warranty standards. I’d highly recommend buying attachments elsewhere.

THIS BUCKET WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. ON ITS 3rd JOB IT STARTED BENDING AND BREAKING. THE BAD PART IS , IT WASSAND THAT IT WAS BEING USED IN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RHINOX TO ANYONE

Hello Jason, I'm sorry this has happened to you, as this was a unique situation for us. The coupler that was fitted on your KATO machine is actually a dedicated SL30 Harford coupler (UK manufactured). All buckets listed on our US website are made to a Heavy Duty OEM specification that would not fail in this way. We had a bucket we could supply from our UK location that worked with this coupler but was obviously made to our UK specification and at the time we did not know what application or ground types you would be using this in. We just wanted to follow up on this review and make it clear that we are sorry about the situation you find yourself in, but we also wanted to put some context around how this might have happened. I ordered a bucket for my kubota with quick attachment, the bucket would not rotate into place without a lot of grinding once I got it to rotate into place the locking pin would not line up either.

Horrendous customer service, I was told three weeks lead time, then four. Every time I would call I was told my bucket will ship out tomorrow. Two and a half weeks later it finally shipped. When I received the bucket they’re was a blue shop towel cured into the paint. The coupler ears are thin, the top tubular bar is weak. Stick with US made buckets. Not worth the wait.

Placed order beginning of March. No hint when to expect delivery. End of March received not only the wrong buckets, but they don't fit the machine they were ordered for! Tried calling multiple times. Finally got a call back and an email request mid April to send pictures. We sent pictures. Apparently Warren is the only one qualified to take care of the problem. Other than the one call, and one email request for pictures, we have not heard back from Warren. So here we are, almost 3 months later, with the wrong buckets, and no information. VERY poor customer service!!! Would NOT recommend!!! The guy who initially answers the phone when you call seems nice, but all he can do is send Warren a reminder to call.

They sent me a bucket which is the wrong bucket from my machine on May 2. They ordered it. I’m still waiting for a replacement one. Hopefully it will get here soon so if this time I cannot rate you not happy with it right now.

Recently ordered a bucket and quick coupler for my bobcat E20. Was excited to see they offered a quick coupler for this machine considering bobcat does not make one. But after receiving this product and installing it, I quickly realized that this quick coupler is not correctly designed for the machine. The thumb no longer correctly closes on the bucket making it very hard to grab smaller objects. Also the coupler limits the bucket curl making it hard to dump loads into a dump truck without just spilling the dirt out of the bucket when raising the stick. Would really like to just return the coupler and go back to pinning on each bucket. Very disappointed considering the cost.

I was told what attachment I needed to fit my machine. When I got the attachment it would not fit my machine and they wanted to charge me half what it cost to return. I would not recommend

never did receive a confirmation or receipt , i had to contact my bank to verify payment . rhinox said they had order in stock it would be a week for delivery , but it took a month . on top of all the aggravation the pin hole DOES NOT line up . Wait a month and recieve JUNK . .

Terrible customer service. Products lost. They are out of the UK if you call after 8 am PST an answer service which absolutely can not help you answers. I had to set my alarm for 4 am to get help

Very disappointed with my most recent purchase of rhinox quick hitch. Can’t use, the inside of the hitch contact’s the dipper prevents from getting full curl from bucket. Secondly the latch mechanism was never ground properly,when a bucket is installed the safety pin will not fit. Not sure if I will do business in the future? Ask to make it right and they don’t respond! Buyers Beware
