The bucket I received is very loose (sloppy) once attached to the machine. It's as if the pin holes are larger than necessary on the bucket. The teeth are also positioned in a way that obstructs the thumb from fully closing (perhaps this relates to the loose attachment). Customer service is not responsive.

Ordered ripper and riddle bucket. Got 2 riddle buckets. Supposed to get 1 exchanged for ripper but haven’t heard anything in weeks

Equipment is good, but Metal is made from really weak and bendable material !!!!!!!! Just three time use, and almost all tooth is bund ! Pay $2400 for that equipment, it’s not worth it!!!!!!

36” Grading Bucket Quality was what I expected for the price, works fine. Two big issues… the bucket is a very tight fit with he factory Kubota Amulet Thumb. The alignment of the hanging bracket on the bucket is about a 1/16th too wide (if you have a thumb attachment). Also once you get the bucket on the machine the factory quick attach pin is then too short and you can’t lock the pin

Good solid bucket but bucket hangers were not welded in proper location.

Bought a riddle bucket for my BobCat 331G with X-Change coupler. Bucket does not fit the machine. Says guaranteed to fit but, does not. Now I need to have it fabricated to fit the machine at an additional cost not too mention the lose of time not being able to put the bucket and machine to work.

I purchased a tilt ditch bucket "designed for a CAT 301.8" It did not come with the proper hydraulic connectors for a CAT 301.8 so I am having added expense after waiting well over a month for delivery as well as 2 weeks fighting with customs due to issues with forms not being submitted correctly. My experience with my purchase and delivery has much to be desired. The connectors alone I'm expecting will add an additional $100 to the cost of my purchase as well as adding to the downtime which will make it probably close to 3 months to get a working bucket.

Ordered bucket pins and bushings for a Kubota 161-3. Bushings and seals were right. Pins are to small for the bushings. Wrong pins with the order. 1 709 227-5051

I needed a 12" bucket for my Kubota so I called Rhinox and couldn't reach anyone. But, then my phone rings and it says it's Rhinox and when I answered no one was there and it happened 3 more times til I had to block the number. So, I ordered a bucket online and finally it says it's shipped from GB . I wonder if they even check to see if the customer has the product before the survey is initiated or if it's all robo like the phones.

The item made it to within a few hours of me in less than a week. 13 days later (20 days after order), it is still in the same place with no delivery date listed. I wouldn't leave this review but Rhinox is hitting my email about leaving a review so here it is.....

I ordered on April 27th, and it is still in the UK, i have not received anything yet. Today is May 19th. Looks like I won’t get it in time for the job I needed it for.
