“Great idea, however digging hard ground and rock requires a rock tooth. The wrong tooth was sent initially. But when I called customer service the immediately fed ex’d me two rock teeth. Great immediate customer service”

“The initial problem I encountered was that the quick connector did not fit my Bobcat E-20 with a thumb. I was told to grind 3mm off each side to accommodate the wider thumb. I didn't think that was right to purchase an item that needed to be modified to fit as otherwise described. The Rhinox rep I spoke to regarding this issue was very accommodating. He allowed me a credit and a pair of bucket pins. I felt that this was more than necessary and am very appreciative. Your customer service was great and should I need additional items I won't hesitate to get them from Rhinox. Thank you.”

“The 4" trencher worked great on my Kubota L48 backhoe - ripped right through even rocky ground. Was stopped when it hit very large rock but for smaller 6"-12" boulders no problem.”

“Amazingly quick turnaround, order placed from Washington State and delivered to my door 3 weeks later! I got them just 2 days ago, so I haven’t used buckets yet, but initial impression is that they look to be of good quality. The question about delivery window and the available options exclude my answer, I received the buckets 6 days after shipping.”
