“The part that you sent me looks like it was made incorrectly and would not fit on my machine. One of your representatives is trying to work it out with me, but we have to on our side, cut the ripper tooth down to fit correctly. I’m not one to give low star rating so I did not. I would suggest that you look into who’s manufacturing your parts and make sure it gets correctly made so they will fit. I also sent my representative who help me an email never got back in email and I had to actually physically call.”

“Our part didn't fit. We had to do some welding and adjusting to make it fit onto our machine. Eventually worked though.”

“RhinoX, Was a bit hesitant about ordering my buckets for our mini excavator because of them being out of the US. Man was I wrong, RhinoX did a great job helping me with my order and even reimbursed me for my mistake ordering a part twice. Attachments arrived pretty fast faster than I thought or expected. We put the buckets to work right away and so far no complaints. Thanks RhinoX 👍 if ever needing other parts we will be dealing with you guys.”

“bucket walls and floor are very thin and light duty. bucket is over all poorly made and not well reinforced. only reason for 3 stars and not 1 is the free shipping”

“Following the purchase of a Bobcat E50 Excavator with a heavy 36" digging bucket, I went looking for some additional attachments to enhance the versatility of this incredible tool. To my surprise, it is incredibly difficult to shop for and purchase excavator attachments online. The Rhinox shopping experience was first-rate and I was able to pick the attachments (18" digging bucket, 48" ditch cleaning/grading bucket, 48" riddle rake bucket and a ripper tooth) I wanted at what I consider to be a very fair price. The shipping notifications could have been better but I understand the logistical challenges of getting these from the UK. The quality is first-rate and every attachment fit the Bobcat X-Change system smoothly and without adjustment (unlike the attachment I bought from Bobcat!). I expect to use these buckets for the rest of the life of my machine and likely beyond. I really appreciate Rhinox and look forward to doing business with them in the future.”

“I’ve ordered 2 buckets from rhinox, first bucket took almost 2 months to get to my house but it was a problem with FedEx, rhinox helped me communicate with FedEx and got my shipment moving again. When I needed the second bucket I ordered it and it shipped from the UK within 24 hours and was at my house in western Canada in 3 days.”

“I had never heard of Rhinox Group but their ad popped up when I was searching on line for a ripper tooth for my excavator. I called and was surprised that both the price and delivery time they quoted was better than I could get from any of the equipment dealers in my state (New Hampshire). I placed my order, the ripper arrived on time, and I’m a happy customer!”
