“pretty cut-and-dry experience over all. A good price with solid customer service and quick shipping. I installed my new bucket without any issues at all. I have a thumb on my mini excavator and so one of the pins that came with the bucket did not fit as it was too short. But I simply reused the factory pin that was on my machine. I added a bolt on blade and would have prefered that it wrapped up and connected to the side bucket bolt holes as well for more stability. Right now its just four bolts at the underside of the bucket but this blade may stay fastened just fine. I have not used the bucket yet but it certainly seems like a stought piece so I do have confidence!”

“Overall the bucket performs fine and looks very nice with the flat black. However it could be a tighter fit o n the coupler as I get slop moving back and forth, but the price was better than bobcat and the shipping was pretty outstanding. Tighter bucket would be 5 stars.”

“So I ordered a bucket and it showed up in 3 days, excellent service. Then I ordered a set of extra teeth and a flat blade for the same bucket and it showed up in 4 days but was missing a tooth, I emailed them and they said they would send me one. Two weeks and have not seen or heard anything yet to expect for it to show up. I'll try to update if it shows up soon. Or not?”

“Grading bucket arrived quickly and appears to be very well made and sturdy. Only problem is that it’s not compatible with the factory quick attach pin because they beefed up the steel thickness. So I either have to grind off a 1/4” of steel or find an extra long pin. Would be nice if they held to factory specs on that dimension.”

“Ordering process was simple delivery time to my door shocked me! Customer service when I called in to make sure I didn’t mess up on my order was phenomenal. Excited to make my next purchase!! The build quality on the 24 inch bucket I bought was impressive! “I would give 5 stars if the buckets weren't so late. I was told 3 weeks it took 6 weeks. The buckets are very good quality wish they could ship faster or be honest about delivery time. The buckets came with pins but they are not grease able so I have to have them drilled and grease zerks installed. So mostly happy priced good”

“Communicating with you is rather a mess but people were very nice. Shipping was not as promised but it got here in great shape. Bucket appears to be a good quality. Love your market position and web dominance. Bringing affordable quality buckets to the USA. Go for it 👍”

“Overall it worked out good. One thing you can improve on that almost caused me to cancel order. Communication between purchase and shipping time lacked. Huge delays in response to emails. I'd buy again though.”

“Got the tilt bucket. Bucket construction and weld quality were very good, but the hose routing and clearance at extreme tilting needed some work. Had to grind out a good sized pocket to clear the fitting on the cylinder at full tilt, and make up some new hoses with better routing. Other than that, it looks like it will work well for us.”

“Everything looks good. My only complaint is with the way they shipped the accessories, the bag came loose in the bucket and all of the bolts except 2 were lost in shipping. Not a huge deal, but needs some attention.”

“Don't waste your time attempting to deal with the US facility. Instead, reach out directly to the source. I found the people at the factory interested and enthusiastic about supplying a product that wasn't then in their catalog of items. The price (even for a "special") was very competitive as was the quoted ex-works delivery. Shipping via FedEx however leaves something to be desired, as they have no idea of how to effectively track a shipment once it is in their system.”

“Professional group that are responsive to requests and reasonably priced. Received my order today and, while I haven't used it yet, it appears to be well made and fit for purpose. I would have given 5 stars but delivery was 7-10 days longer than first estimate.”
