“I was delighted to speak to Kay Martin at the Retirement Desk when I was ready to look at pension options when I retired. Kay found a really good deal for me on a draw down pension which I didn't know about. I had a very modest pension pot which was treated just the same as if it had been very large. I found Kay very friendly and helpful and would have no hesitation in recommending her and the Retirement Desk to friends.”

“I was contacted by Wendy. She listened to what I wanted, explained what I wasn't clear about, and forwarded examples of how my needs could be met so that I was in a more informed position. At all stages I was kept informed as to progress. It was exactly the right level of contact. She was cheerful and friendly and I had confidence in her. This was an efficient and helpful service which I'm likely to use again. Lisa also deserves a mention for picking up a query I had. I left a message on your answerphone and she responded promptly. So thank you.”

“The service provided was excellent. Everything went through very quickly. I dealt with the same person, Wendy, throughout the whole process. She kept me up to date with developments without being intrusive. All the paperwork was done for me. I didn't have to get my own certified copies. They even sent a pre-paid "Post Office Tracked" envelope to return all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend The Retirement Desk!”

“I stumbled across the retirement by chance and I am so glad I did. I was having awful problems trying to sort my pension plans out. I was receiving poor advice, hidden consultancy fees and generally bad advice. My retirement desk advisor Kay Martin was absolutely brilliant. Everything was explained to me clearly and communication was excellent. I feel comfortable now with the knowlege that I have a good plan in place. I cannot thank or speak highly enough of Kay and I have recommended Retirement desk now to my friends and family.”
