“Kay at The Retirement Desk has been very helpful in regards taking out an Annuity Pension. Throughout the entire process she kept me up to date with phone calls and emails so that I knew exactly what was happening in regard to my policy being set up. “I found The Retirement Desk via an online search and within an hour of registering my interest Lisa O'Beirne telephoned me. She gathered all the information from me and provided a quotation on the spot which was quickly followed up with an email quote. After deciding to proceed, Lisa made all the arrangements liaising with and chasing up the annuity provider until everything was in place. “In short - things could not have been easier. Kay Martin was excellent and lead me through the process in a straightforward fashion - unlike dealing with some of the pension companies directly where every request was seen as a big effort for them! Kay kept me informed and updated on the progress of the process. Everthing has worked very well and without a hitch. The whole process moved remarkably quickly.
