“I recently returned to the UK to sort out my private pension which was under the control of Reassure. They couldn’t offer me what I wanted so referred me to L.V. They also wouldn’t do what I wanted so they told me to contact a company from the internet that could arrange my pension to be drawn down the way I wanted. I am pleased to say that your company appeared first on a Google check and you have been brilliant. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. “It’s difficult to put into words just how brilliant Lisa O’Beirne’s service has been during my purchase of an annuity product from The Retirement Desk recently. I also was looked after admirably too by Kay on the odd occasion Lisa was not around. I’ve worked in the customer service sector most of my life; and employed many people - but rarely - and I mean rarely - have I encountered a person so excellent in every aspect of service, as good as Lisa. As I’m sure many of your customers will agree who have dealt with Lisa; is that her service is just highly efficient with a friendly manner throughout - and is simply put; just about as good as it gets! “The Retirement Desk were immediately helpful and professional. They were happy to listen to my story and the details of my circumstances. I checked out their credentials and reviews and I was confident in placing my business with them. Lisa O'Beirne was a wonderful person to deal with. She was very adept at dealing with the quite large number of individual money pots to chase down and bring them to fruition. Lisa didn't miss a beat, especially as some of my fund holders were slow (glacial) in responding to any communication. Lisa's weekly catch-up was very informative and kept me right up-to-date. I would recommend Lisa O'Beirne without hesitation.”

“Setting up a guaranteed life annuity as power-of-attorney for my brother-in-law was not the most straightforward thing to do but Retirement Desk worked through things patiently even with mistaken information I gave them at one point. Their original quote was competitive with others that I checked out. They were always available, helpful and efficient.”

“Lisa from the retirement desk has Co ordinated my pension transfer and new policy. She has kept me fully updated on a regular basis and has given absolute clarity. My original pension providers were very poor in responding to her requests and so she generated an official complaint and ensured that actions were expedited through sheer doggedness. A huge thank you to the Pension Desk and Lisa in particular for sorting out my future. From my experience I would recommend their services.”
