“Once I'd decided what retirement options to review, RTD were able to quickly sort me out with the best market offers to consider. I was able to consider this information in my own time without unnecessary pressure and with a number of follow up quotations provided accordingly in a timely manner. “I went to the retirement desk for the first time about 5 years ago and recently returned to do more business with them a few months ago. Everyone’s needs are different however I wanted to feel comfortable and secure and not pressured in any way into buying into something I wasn’t 100% happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the retirement desk and in particular Kay Martin who on both occasions dealt with my business in a friendly but very professional manner. MD.”

“I had several,pension plans that I needed combined and made to annuity they were all of different types I cannot praise Kay Martin enough although meet with many problems she worked tirelessly to sort out the problems and provide me with my pension”

“Absolutely amazing service . I cannot fault them . This is the second time we have dealt with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Communication is excellent and they really seem to care that you are getting the best deal for your pension. We dealt with Lisa both times and she an a star .If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“From the first enquiry the whole process was clear, transparent and easy to understand. My Retirement Desk consultant, Kay Martin, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She was very experienced and helped me set up a fixed term annuity which is perfect for my requirements.
