“I would like to thank Lisa and Kay for all their help and understanding in setting up my Annuity plan. “Very simple and responsive communications. Surveyed all rates and offered me a broad choice, then organised everything for my annuity purchase. The paperwork was part pre-filled by Kay, and was marked up so I knew exactly where to sign and what to include. Kay kept me informed during the process, liaising with my pension provider and the annuity provider. Clear and simple! Bear in mind that TRD does not give financial advice. I didn't need any, just clear options and execution based on my decision.”

“I would highly recommend the retirement desk, Kay and Lisa were brilliant to deal with. They arranged the transferring of my pension pot and helped set up a lifetime annuity. They kept me well informed as things were progressing. Kay and Lisa took the stress out of a something that I was nervous about dealing with. A big thank you to you both.”

“To be honest I was a bit nervous at first, Pensions’s are a bit of a nightmare and lots of stories about scams!!! Lisa phoned me after I did an on line enquiry to get an idea of what I could get. This also made me nervous. To be fair Lisa put my mind at rest and on a couple of occasions I asked her how I could tell she was not a scammer and she reassured me. I had no idea who the Retirement desk where or even what they did. It was all about Lisa, came across as a nice person who cared, she was professional and very good at what she did. Totally made it for me. Assume the Retirement Desk have other people doing the same role, if they are as good as Lisa then they have a great business….. Thank you Lisa, you made a difficult process so much easier and also kept me up to date on what was happening. As I said before, this was all about Lisa. Fantastic and a massive thank you…..”

“Fast and efficient process. Lisa keeps you updated on the process and the annuity rate was better than the Moneyhelper rate. If you want a 'non advised" annuity then The Retirement Desk would be a good choice.”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are absolutely superb! I can't actually believe how easy it was to cash in 25% tax free of my old pension, and transfer the rest to a new policy. Everything was explained fully to me by Kay and her colleague and I was kept regularly updated. Excellent company.”

“I recently returned to the UK to sort out my private pension which was under the control of Reassure. They couldn’t offer me what I wanted so referred me to L.V. They also wouldn’t do what I wanted so they told me to contact a company from the internet that could arrange my pension to be drawn down the way I wanted. I am pleased to say that your company appeared first on a Google check and you have been brilliant. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
