“All the team polite and very helpful especially Lisa who dealt with my small pot mist efficiently and with at times stress and difficulty from outside sources that shall remain nameless as I’ve paid enough for their marketing and I don’t I tend to give it for free now!! “100% recommended. Kay and Lisa are both highly professional and courteous. I had a small pension pot which I converted to an annuity. Kay explained clearly what my options were and, after due dilligence, I proceeded with Kay handling the administration. “Excellent service provided by professional and very pleasant and approachable team . A big thank you to Lisa who really went the extra mile dealing with my pension provider which proved to be very challenging at times .
