“I cannot praise Kay Martin enough in helping me set up an annuity I have had dealings with other companies setting up the same and had nothing but problems but not with yourselves Kay kept me appraised all the way through the transaction and gave me regular updates which made it stress free for me Her professionalism was outstanding and her telephone manner was also excellent She is a keeper 🤣🤣 Mr Neil Shearer”

“From the first enquiry and throughout the whole process was easy, clear and transparent. My Retirement Desk consultant, Kay Martin, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She came across as experienced and working in my interests. She kept me up to date with each element of progress with a phone call and an email. I was made aware of the (indirect) costs upfront and was encouraged by her proactive contact. I would definitely recommend the Retirement Desk.”

“Kay at The Retirement Desk has been very helpful in regards taking out an Annuity Pension. Throughout the entire process she kept me up to date with phone calls and emails so that I knew exactly what was happening in regard to my policy being set up.
