“I would thoroughly recommend The Retirement Desk. The service was outstanding and they did everything they promised to do. My contact was Kay Martin and she was very helpful with my initial retirement enquiry. Kay's communication with me was excellent and she provided regular updates throughout the process of purchasing my retirement annuity. Kay's colleague, Lisa, was also very helpful with my queries when Kay was on holiday. I wish all companies were as efficient as The Retirement Desk.”

“Once I'd decided what retirement options to review, RTD were able to quickly sort me out with the best market offers to consider. I was able to consider this information in my own time without unnecessary pressure and with a number of follow up quotations provided accordingly in a timely manner. Kay provided me a superb level of service whilst being in immediate contact with me as & when I required, so many thanks for that Kay. I thoroughly recommend RTD who remained professional throughout. “I went to the retirement desk for the first time about 5 years ago and recently returned to do more business with them a few months ago. Everyone’s needs are different however I wanted to feel comfortable and secure and not pressured in any way into buying into something I wasn’t 100% happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the retirement desk and in particular Kay Martin who on both occasions dealt with my business in a friendly but very professional manner. MD.”

“Absolutely amazing service . I cannot fault them . This is the second time we have dealt with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Communication is excellent and they really seem to care that you are getting the best deal for your pension. We dealt with Lisa both times and she an a star .If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“From the first enquiry the whole process was clear, transparent and easy to understand. My Retirement Desk consultant, Kay Martin, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She was very experienced and helped me set up a fixed term annuity which is perfect for my requirements.
