“I have had excellent service from The Retirement Desk. They really care for their clients, taking all the stress out of finding the best financial options, with follow up calls when needed. Lisa has been extremely helpful setting up 'draw downs' and spotting mistakes in documents that I would have missed. She even delegates to other members of staff to chase things up and contact me when she is unable to be in the office. Many thanks.”

“"Wow"... if I only had one word, that would be it! Outstanding customer service is rare, but this was probably the best I've ever had. Lisa kept in touch with me every step of the way with quite a complex transfer of funds from my pension scheme to an annuity. The pension scheme was a bit slow, and their communication wasn't great but Lisa chased them and made sure I knew what was happening ever step off the way. My annuity rates were refreshed by Lisa and the quote was the best I could find. Lisa has a day off when one piece of info came through and her colleague Kay called me to update me. What a team. I couldn't recommend the Retirement Desk more. I felt totally reassured and knew I was in good hands. Whatever they get paid they need a pay rise, they are outstanding., professional and friendly. Thank you Lisa, and Kay for stepping in as well.”

“I can't praise Lisa and The Retirement Desk highly enough. After my initial enquiry Lisa responded immediately and gave me clear information to help me come to a decision. After that she kept me updated regularly and answered any questions efficiently. My pension provider was slow to respond to queries and requests and Lisa dealt with these obstacles with patience and good humour. Eventually she achieved the outcome I wanted and I am very grateful for her assistance. Overall, The Retirement Desk provided an excellent service and I would recommend them.”

“Once I'd decided what retirement options to review, RTD were able to quickly sort me out with the best market offers to consider. I was able to consider this information in my own time without unnecessary pressure and with a number of follow up quotations provided accordingly in a timely manner. Kay provided me a superb level of service whilst being in immediate contact with me as & when I required, so many thanks for that Kay. I thoroughly recommend RTD who remained professional throughout. “I went to the retirement desk for the first time about 5 years ago and recently returned to do more business with them a few months ago. Everyone’s needs are different however I wanted to feel comfortable and secure and not pressured in any way into buying into something I wasn’t 100% happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the retirement desk and in particular Kay Martin who on both occasions dealt with my business in a friendly but very professional manner. MD.”

“Absolutely amazing service . I cannot fault them . This is the second time we have dealt with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Communication is excellent and they really seem to care that you are getting the best deal for your pension. We dealt with Lisa both times and she an a star .If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
