“Efficient and effective service that not only identified best deal for me but also readjusted the search as my ideas changed! Lisa has helped provide me with a decent return on my funds. I was so impressed that I introduced my wife to the service. Her pot was smaller and her needs were slightly more complicated. Whenb her purchase hit a hiccup it was Lisa that spotted it and worked with us and the provider to achieve a fair resolution. We are most grateful for the work done on our behalf and will not hesitate to recommend you to others!”

“Having followed the advice from Pensionwise to "check out all your options" I received a follow up call from The Pension Desk, Kay Martin introduced herself and despite my initial reservations she explained how she could assist, anyhow despite a lot of tooing and frowing Kay answered all my questions and checked out all the plans and options. When I finally decided which plan and provider to go with Kay arranged my pension, I could not be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend The Pension Desk to anyone in my position. “One phone call and a couple of emails had it all sorted out ; what was a potentially complicated scenario of multiple policies was simply and effectively dealt with by one individual doing all of the background work for me; my retirement plan is all but completed now and the retirement desk was instrumental in helping untangle it all!! 10 out of 10 would recommend them every time. “This potentially traumatic transaction was handled relatively swiftly with little fuss and bother and a better annuity rate than I could find for myself on-line was obtained. All in all a most satisfactory experience that I would thoroughly recommend to others. I would like to say that I will use, "The Retirement Desk" again but, as is the nature of the beast, this is unlikely! Thank you so much Kay Martin”
