“Excellent service given. Kay was very thorough, kept me up to date with everything happening. She also answered any queries no matter how often I asked. the whole procedure was very smooth & efficient with much less hassle than other places I had contacted. Would recommend. Thank you Kay.”

“I only spoke with Wendy O'Beirne so do not know how the rest of team would compare. This said they would have to be really special to compare at all with Wendy. From day one I felt very comfortable and trusting as she came across as a really helpful lady who really cares, she also spoke in a language (down to earth) that I or indeed anyone would understand. She is helpful and kept me informed of progress regularly. Thank you Wendy and of course The Retirement Desk company.”

“Ms Kay Martin was exceedingly helpful in preparing everything and especially getting Scottish Widows and Aviva to transfer the funds to Partnership Annuities (the company I choose in the end). Scottish Widows failed to transfer the fund in a timely fashion and in the end I was sent a cheque as compensation for the delay. Ms Martin was instrumental in getting this. “Wendy O'Beirne was the Retirement Consultant who dealt with my case and she was superb. On speaking with her I immediately felt that my pension was in good hands and she was quick to keep me updated on every step, ringing me in the first instance and then emailing news on progress. “Nothing was to much trouble for Lisa she was more than helpful as I did contact her on numerous occasions and it did get a bit complicated at times ,which was no fault of Lisa's it was down to the pension company. Thank you Lisa for all your help.”

“I received a courteous and totally professional service from Lisa O'Beirne. We first spoke 2 years ago but at that time I wanted to let my fund grow a bit more. When I was ready to proceed, I contacted The Retirement Desk and two competitors for comparable quotes. Lisa asked more questions than the others to ensure I got the best income, and after giving me the figures, respected my wish to take 10 days to make a decision. Unlike the others who displayed the worst excesses of financial products salespeople - daily emails and phone calls at all times of the day and night. Having given Lisa instructions to proceed, the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending The Retirement Desk.”
