“After contacting the Retirement Desk, not knowing much about the different options of pensions available i was guided through all the different types by Lisa O'Beirne who was very helpful and when i decided which pension to take she was in contact with me each week keeping me informed and up to date with all the details of my pension. I would strongly recommend anyone who is not sure about their pension to get in touch with the Retirement Desk. Thank you.”

“From my initial contact with Lisa at The Retirement Desk, I thought that I was in very capable hands, Lisa informed me about the various Pension Providers and products available .She is extremely knowledgeable about pension products and answered all questions that I had, she guided me through the various options available to me which greatly helped me to make an informed decision regarding those options. Throughout the whole process she has kept me fully informed of developments. Everything has been completed quickly and smoothly. She is extremely professional, as well as being friendly and informative. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Retirement Desk to any of my friends who may be looking to set up a pension plan.”

“Despite my previous pension fund holders unwillingness to transfer my money, Lisa O'Beirne from the Retirement Desk fought very hard to resolve this problem and find me the best pension package for my requirements. She gave me several options and discussed the merits of each one and helped me to come to the right decision. I would recommend the Retirement Desk to anyone looking for a secure pension package.”

“I started looking into my pension with arr found it a minefield until I had spoken to wendy on the retirement desk through email she gave me all options and even when I wasn,t sure helped me must have done 30 emails to which I had positive replies nothing was too much trouble I am extremely impressed I can,t thank her enough it has made it a pleasurable experience thanks again Wendy”

“Very helpful. Had all details of previous engagement quickly to hand so was able to organise new product very quickly and efficiently. Kept me regularly informed of progress, even when usual person handling my account was away. Would recommend the service to anyone planning to take out a flexible retirement plan.”

“The Retirement Desk was professional, helpful and courteous. I had small four pensions to sort out and the mound of paperwork involved seemed daunting. Once I had investigated my options and decided what to do The Retirement Desk dealt with many of the practicalities, gave sensible and informative advice and found a quotation for a lifetime annuity I was happy with. Kay Martin, who handled everything, was an excellent communicator, polite and efficient. I would certainly highly recommend this company.”

“When I compare the service I received from the Retirement Desk against all other service providers I have come into contact with the standard was quite exceptional. I always had the dedicated service of Wendy who I quickly viewed as a friend. Responses to any queries were extremely rapid (usually within a couple of hours), accurate and comprehensive. “One of the best decisions I made was to ask The Retirement Desk to deal with the transfer of my retirement fund. Their representative Kay Martin could not have been more informative or helpful, from start to finish she kept me up to date with phone calls or if I missed her call voice mail, texts and emails. I received any relevant information Quickly and details of how to check that The Retirement Desk was a genuine company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
