“I have recently taken up an income drawdown arrangement. I asked the Retirement Desk to arrange quotes and organise the setting up of the scheme. Lisa dealt with all aspects, keeping me regularly updated with progress. The service was outstanding - efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Highest recommendation.”

“I want to thank the Retirement Desk and in particular Lisa O'Brien for all the help and understanding offered to me when my pension became due. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it but found other companies and advisors most unhelpful Lisa knew straight away what I needed and sorted it immediately and kept me updated all the way. I would strongly recommend anyone to use the services offered by this company they were excellent.”

“I have been corresponding with Wendy for over a year and she has never once tried to push me to 'make a decision' (unlike many of the other companies who have contacted me). “Kay Martin was completely professional from our first phone call to our last. I was given various options and all paperwork arrived very quickly and clearly marked and included a prepaid registered envelope. Kay kept me informed by phone have things were progressing . A very good service and I would be happy to recommend to my family or friends.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received which was comprehensive, regular, and kept me updated at all stages of the process. Kay Martin, who organised everything, was great. She kept me updated by telephone and email, and documents arrived when she had stated they would. The service was professional, and cost me nothing as their costs come from the firm who manage the pension policy, not the consumer, and I would recommend this to anyone.”

“Although when I was first in contact with the Retirement Line I didn't realise they were a 'broker' I decided to trust Kay and from the very beginning she was helpful and professional. “We were recommended The Retirement Desk' from the government website 'Pension Wise' and the recommendation is justified. Throughout the time the pension took to set up (which was reasonable) we were kept up to date at all times by Wendy O'Beirne their representative and we believe that it due to them that we have achieved the best outcome from a small pension pot.”

“Wendy O Beirne handled my request for pension options. All processes were carried out efficiently and speedily. I was kept fully informed of choices available to me and, once my decision was made, how things were progressing. What initially looked like a very complicated process was made to feel much more straightforward and I was happy with the advice I received. “I am extremely pleased with the professional yet friendly way that I was dealt with by this company regarding setting up my annuity pension. My main point of contact was Lisa O'Beirne but I also spoke to several of her colleagues during the process. I was apprehensive about completing the documentation correctly regarding my pension, yet I had no cause for concern as the paperwork was completed for me, and I just needed to check it and sign appropriately. I found that Lisa kept me well informed at every step of the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone else who has to sort out their pension needs. I am so pleased that I decided to deal with The Retirement Desk, they helped me tremendously.”
