“I had 3 private pension plans two of which were tiny. Wendy advised me of several options and I chose the one I wanted. She then organised everything for me and the pensions were combined and transferred to the new company. I have just received my lump sum and my pension starts at the beginning of the month. It was totally hassle free and I did nothing! Wendy was very easy to talk to and explained everything I didn't understand. It saved me a lot of time and effort trying to research options myself.I am very grateful. Thanks Wendy!”

“Lisa O'Beirne got back to me in December 2015 just has she said she would, and asked me if I still wonted their help I said yes has the company I was with were losing me money. now this was just a small top up free standing AVC, and within no time Lisa managed to get me over £250 more on my pension, plus it does not cost you anything. SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED THEM, so I say go ahead give them ago has you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain. from Dennis Powell”

“I contacted Retirement Desk by requesting a phone call & Kay Martin rang to discuss my pension needs. She explained everything in a manner that I could understand & quickly came back with several options. Kay did not pressurise me in anyway, gave me time to decide before I made a decision. We had contact via email, phone & she posted relevant paperwork in a professional clear formatt. Kay always came back to me promptly when I made any contact. The Retirement Desk did not charge me any fees & all the relevant paperwork & arrangements in almalgamating three of my pensions together was all organised by Kay. I am extremely happy with the pension that has been set up for me & cannot recommend Kay highly enough!”

“I recently contacted the retirement desk as I was looking to transfer my pension pot. The staff were very supportive and looked around to find the best package to meet my personal criteria. Kay, was very thorough and worked to get me the best rates possible and tirelessly contacted my previous provider to ensure my pension pot could be transferred as and when expected, which included many email and telephone conversations with them. I could not fault the support and guidance given.”

“I was in touch with several people to sort out my works pensions and seemed to get a lot of "iffs, oo's and buts". I then got in touch with Lisa O'Beirne from Retirement Desk, expecting much the same response as the others. But much to my surprise, I found her to be very straightforward and professional. All the questions I asked were answered very quickly with no jargon. This lady did exactly what it said on the tin. She saved me a lot of stress and I would certainly recommend Retirement Desk to anybody in the same position as I was. Well done and many thanks Lisa.”

On my initial call my questions were answered accurately and the best available product was identified. The subsequent administration of the fund transfer and annuity purchase was efficient and I would definitely recommend the service.”

“When I retired in September 2015, with a fairly modest pension pot, I began looking for a product (similar to an annuity) that would provide me with a guaranteed income, and yet, allow me the flexibility to access my cash at any time, should I ever need it in the future. Needless to say, I found it impossible to compare, or even discover, all of the potentially suitable products in the market, mainly because I found the terminology so confusing. Lisa at The Retirement Desk came to the rescue and proposed a Protected Retirement Plan which ticked all the boxes, and best of all, there were no fees to pay, not even for exercising the conversion (to cash) option at any time during the term of the plan. There were also additional benefits and options. Lisa provided me with several illustrations and was able to explain the various options in the Plan. At no time did I feel that I was being rushed into anything, and Lisa was always available to answer my questions. I am very pleased with the outcome and I have now got the flexible pension product that I had been searching for.”

“I found The Retirement desk online & had already contacted current pension providers for their help in transferring several pensions I had into one pot. Lisa O Bierne was the only one who came back to me with all the information, the implications & choices I had out of the other 'established' & well know pension companies & made the whole process really easy. I was kept informed on a weekly basis & whenever my input was required which made me feel confident about the whole process. I would certainly recommend them highly to anyone who is thinking about doing the same thing & am 100% satisfied with their customer service.”

“I didn't quite realise what The Retirement Desk was when I first contacted them. I thought it was part of a Government thing rather then a private company. However I am pleased overall with the service and that I have not had to pay for it. I was all at sea and they seemd to make things clear and simple. Wendy O'B who I dealt with was very helpful. A good experience and everrything has been sorted out to my satisfaction. I don't think I would have been able to do this without the guidance.”
