“Waited for ages but no key, contacted them and eventually sent replacement, unfortunately it doesn't fit the lock”

“I ordered two replacement keys by quoting the key number stamped on the original. Price was fair and order was completed quickly The keys arrived nicely packaged and in good condition. However they did NOT FIT the lock. It was frustrating that there was no telephone number to call for advice. I ended up taking the the two replacement keys and the original to a local key cutter and he was able to correct the replacements which now fit.”

“Unfortunately the keys that had been supplied didn't fit. I have therefore returned the keys and await the refund which still has to materialise. It is a great shame that contact details are not given as it could save time and be easier to explain exactly what is required which would possibly save mistakes being made in the first place.”

“I have used replacement keys before and been very happy but these keys don't fit well. It takes a lot jiggling to get them into the lock and once it was locked I had a few heartstopping minutes when I couldn't get the key back in to unlock the cabinet. It puts me off using them!”

“Replacement key arrived in a couple of days from when I placed the order, however the key does not fit, even though the key looks identical to original. Same style same number !”

“It looked pretty much the same and I was so happy to receive it( Mortice key), but it did not work. So, while I think it worth trying, there is no guarantee.”

“The keys that we ordered did not work so had to go direct to Lowe and Fletcher to order at that fitted perfect first time Am finding that other companies that supply and cut these keys do not cut them right”

“Hello, We ordered two keys which did not fit the filing cabinet. We went to a local locksmith and bought two of the correct keys. I sent an email on Friday 28th November to inform you that the keys were incorrect and requested a refund. I have had no response. Kind regards.”
