I'm very sorry but the key does not work, so I'm not happy. And to add insult to injury I had to pay for customs since I live in the netherlands. It would have been nice if you'd warned for customers outside of the UK. So I paid double the fee for an object which is now worthless.

What was the point ordering a key for mailbox if you drop it in my mailbox? How to open it to get the key without a key?🥲

With postbox keys it is advisable to get these delivered to another address, or if you have to use your own address then a note should be put on the postbox to advise not to deliver in to it. I'm sorry to hear that this advice wasn't considered.

Postage very poor and expensive, paid for tracked 48hr , never got it waited 4 days for key. Complained and got nowhere with postage charge.fell on deaf ears.

We're sorry to hear this. We have had a look at your order and can see that you ordered on Wed 10th Dec at 11.05, we cut and dispatched the same day by 11.13, and that your order was delivered on Fri 12th Dec at 13:07. This seems to be a reasonable delivery timeframe to us especially at this busy time where there are delays due to the Xmas post. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with this delivery.

Website is easy to use and placing the order was also easy. Replacement keys arrived quickly and were well packaged but ultimately you will be judged on whether your product worked or not - and none of the keys did.

It's very rough. It's not a very good copy. It takes along time to open the locker. However it arrived quite quickly

Unfortunately one of the two coded Ingersoll replacement keys did not work in the lock. A further second copy was provided but that did not work either. I received a refund for the second/third key non-usable key provided.

Had 2 Keys cut. One was great the other didn't work. I emailed them and they sent me another one. That didn't work either. I emailed them and there has been no reply a week later.

The keys work... sort of. Had new doors fitted and ordered spare keys from Replacement Keys as they were cheaper than the ones on the genuine Yale website. I think it's a case of you get what you pay for. The keys work, but they require a bit of "jiggling" around each time to get the doors to lock. Unlocking is fine. As the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice.

The ordering and service was very slick and the order arrived promtly. The problem I found was that the keys I ordered simply didn't fit the lock, despite applying lubrication etc and advised. I contacted the company and after asking for pictures promptly sent two more keys. I fitted but was very stiff, the other didn't fit at all. They were very accommodating, offering to replace again but frankly wasn't worth it. I got a key cut from an original unused key and it fitted perfectly although it cost £34 for one key, but it fitted. They offered to refund on sending the keys back but isn't worth the hassle and postage

Been asked to revise the review however we ordered a key which did not fit the item when it arrived. We were asked to provide a picture of they key to the item. If we had had a key we would not have needed a replacement. So unfortunately I cannot revise my review.

Quick delivery from time of placing order. Order process simple. Unfortunately when keys arrived they have been found to not be an exact match and have required rework / filing of certain aspects of the keys profile to enable them to be used.
