“Keys received within 24 hours of placing order, unfortunately they didn't work albeit original key number was supplied, keys were returned and email received in 2/3 days advising my account had been credited, one of these things, but great service.”

“Bit of a strange review was going to give a 3 star review then a 2 star review but had to give a 1 star review. The site is good easy to order delivery was 2 or 3 days but had to pay for delivery whereas it you use a site like ebay for a replacement key it would be free. No big deal. However when the key came we found that it did not work - even though we gave the correct key code etc hence the 1 star review. So the site works, looks good seems like a decent company but the product that I brought did not work for the TowBar I was trying to remove. So clealry something has gone wrong.”

“I ordered a spare key for my new post box which is fixed on the wall near our front door. Although I quoted the correct key number and purpose, the key which was supplied didn't fit. I threw it away rather than get into an argument about its specification.”

“I ordered 3 separate keys; 1 arrived and worked after I sent additional photographs of the lock face. The second didn't work after sending additional photographs. The third key didn't arrive at all.”

“Key took longer to arrive than anticipated and only just about works in the lock. The key seems like it should have been sanded down or burnished after cutting. Sometimes it goes straight into the lock , other times it takes several attempts to push it fully in before it will turn”
