“The service and speedy delivery of keys was good, but although I quoted the correct key code and make of cabinet, the keys were wrong and did not fit the cabinet. Very disappointed.”

“Delivery of keys fast and at a good price, but keys don't fit suitcase, sent pics of the lock and suitcase but no key held for it. My suitcase Is old, so maybe the keys are obsolete now. Vintage suitcase from a company that don't keep spares for one of their own products does not seem correct to me.”

“Extremely easy and efficient to order, simply enter the key number(s) and a price is quoted. Dispatched quickly thereafter with the whole process from order placement, key cutting and delivery within a few days. Unfortunately, of the three sets of desk keys ordered, only one set is usable to lock a desk. The other two sets of keys fit the locks but don't turn.”

“The key supplied was for Everest double glazing. Whilst the key operated the lock the key was a very 'rough' fit in the lock and did not 'slide' into the key slot.”

“Sorry but you should have known the key was not going to work as I did tell you the maker and the No of the key but not to worry I have now got in touch with the engine manufacturers and they are sending two free of charge.sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused. Regard P tarplee”

“I purchased a replacement key for roof box bars and it arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the replacement key did not work, a local key cutter said that the blank that was used was not right for my key. I was offered a refund if I sent the key back to ReplacementKeys, but postage would have cost the same as the key so I didn't bother.”

“Ordering online was easy and the keys were delivered really quickly, by next day so very pleased with this part of the service. However the keys didn’t fit, they must have been cut wrong. I contacted the company who asked me to send photos but before I had time to do that I had another email saying they realised what was wrong and would be sending them again. My husband by then had ordered from another company. I asked for a refund and was told to return the keys, but due to work commitments I just haven’t got round to doing this yet. Maybe I should have got a refund out of goodwill due to these issues?”
