“Good service. But unfortunately the new keys didn’t work even though the key numbers matched the barrel😕 Was sent a refund by replacement keys,and told to buy a different key as I'd ordered the wrong ones. Sadly the new key also didn't work”

“Although my garage lock is a Henderson with 202 impressed on it, the replqcement key I ordered will not work. I don't have a key to copy, so I relied on the number 202 being the key (escuse the pun) to success. Unfortunately not. Anyway,, it looks as if I have to but a comxpletely new Henderson lock.”

“Reasonably ptrompt service and the keys are of good quality and work OK. Had to send another photo of the now fitted door lock after sending a photo of the key which had the website asked for in the first place it would have saved going to the premises and faffing about uploading an extra photo.”

“Emailed the company with a key request, provided all information to hand at the time. Keys ordered and sent quickly. Unfortunately they didn't work, contacted the company, sent videos etc. in the end they asked me to return keys and offered a full refund. All actioned and completed.”

“Once I found out how to identify the industrial keys I needed, the order progressed as one would expect. Excellent! However, finding the keys needed was difficult. The site didn't work in a logical progression, plus there was no telphone number to help and the email link simply didn't work. So keys and delivery 5 star, Site frustratingly 2 star.”
