The most expensive key i ever bought, it cost me €37 to have it sent to Republic of Ireland, rip off.

Thanks for your feedback. When shipping goods outside of the UK, we do not charge/collect any taxes or duties that may be payable in your country. This is clearly shown in the checkout before you make your purchase. The fee you're being asked to pay is from An-Post fulfilling their duty to collect Irish VAT and this is something out of our control I'm afraid.

My letter just written to Replacement Keys Ltd, ---- ABUS Key X4645** I recently ordered a replacement key for my original ABUS key (code X4645**). Unfortunately, the replacement you supplied does not work properly when compared to the original. Could you please let me know what options are available to resolve this? Sadly keys fitted but didn't work, despite being the correct number. I don't think they were cut correctly.

Sorry to have to do this. We took the numbers of the three keys from our filing cabinet locks. Unfortunately not one of them worked. The Delivery was perfect but as the keys are useless do not feel we can give any more that one star

Hi Chris, I've checked and we never received any communication from you informing us there was an issue with the keys. There are several reasons why the keys may not have been entering and we would have been more than happy to have assisted you to resolve the issue if you had reached out rather than throwing the keys away.

Neither key works in either lock. They don't seem to go in the barrel as far as the originals. Perhaps you could give some advice.

Unfortunately 2 keys arrived but they do not work. I took them to a local key cutter who informed me that my keys have been cut on a 2D silver key and should have been on a 3D brass key. Hence they are not working.

Sent the correct number as on my garador key i wanted duplicates for but the 2 that arrived were completely different! But the same number... .
