Unfortunately 2 keys arrived but they do not work. I took them to a local key cutter who informed me that my keys have been cut on a 2D silver key and should have been on a 3D brass key. Hence they are not working.

keys did not work, right numbers but wrong keys, 840-- 866 did not fit. ( prompt response though )

Sent the correct number as on my garador key i wanted duplicates for but the 2 that arrived were completely different! But the same number... .

Keys arrived quickly but were wrong and I had to wrestle it back out of the lock in a brand new door. Upon closer inspection it wasn’t cut properly and I ordered the keys using the code supplied with a brand new door and lock. No phone number to call on the site so I’ve sent an e-mail but who knows if I’ll get a refund for the three useless keys. I’ll go to a local locksmith which is what I should have done in the first place

I have ordered keys. Total waste of money for me. They are of no use because they don’t fit for the locks. Though ordered with special code

Although the replacement keys carried the same number as the original, they didn’t unlock the padlock.

Customer service pleasant and responsive but my 2 Ultion style keys did not fit my lock and their advice to oil it was incorrect. I took the keys to a local hardware store ( who I didn’t realise did Ultion) and they needed to be smoothed in the machine as had too many jagged edges. They fit perfectly then ! If I had gone there in the first place I would have saved myself time, money and hassle.

Nissan YH28. The keys you sent me did not turn in the lock. I had to take them to my local key cutter to sort them out

They Cut my keys wrong so I then had to pay extortionate price to get an emergency locksmith out as I had tenants moving in and are ignoring my request for a refund and are instead sending out keys for a lock that is now redundant!

Key broke immediately. Email addresses don't work. Telephone contact doesn't exist. O have no means of contacting the company except by post and that would probably be ignored.

Avoid! Terrible service they sent the wrong size key emailed back and forth to get a replacement sent virtually the same key again both times too wide to even get in the lock, refused to give me a refund when I'd had enough until I wrote this review, have yet to receive, wasted time and money.
