I ordered two replacement keys by quoting the key number stamped on the original. Price was fair and order was completed quickly The keys arrived nicely packaged and in good condition. However they did NOT FIT the lock. It was frustrating that there was no telephone number to call for advice. I ended up taking the the two replacement keys and the original to a local key cutter and he was able to correct the replacements which now fit.
