“Although the key did not fit, the company did everything they could to help me which is why I have rated a two and a half. New keys were sent but also had to be returned for a refund. I am waiting to see if I am refunded the postage and cost for the lubricant suggested.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback however we're slightly confused by your comments. It looks like your order arrived next day (according to Royal Mail) which is quicker than the 1-5 business days usually required for the standard delivery service you selected. If this is not the case then please do get in touch so we can investigate.

“The company were helpful when delivery was delayed but teh description of the product on the website was not entirely accurate. I ordered what I thought was a square key but the edges were chamfered so it is in fact hexagonal. I would not have bought it had I known this.”

“The key arrived as advised. However, the cut of the key is slightly off. Sometimes it opens the drawers, sometimes it does not which is quite frustrating.”

“The key I ordered was not the same as the original. I ordered using the maker's name(GIVI) & the number, the GIVI key would only go in one way the new keys wouldn't go in at all the profiles were different. I removed the lock & had to file the keys multiple ways to get it to work. On a Plus they arrived really quickly. Not sure if the website is key specific enough.”

“Unfortunately first two keys didn't work, which was a hassle. However, company very helpful and after I sent photos, which they requested, was sent two replacement keys which do work. Would have liked first keys to work without all the bother and hassle of having to go through process again.”

Thanks for your feeback. It can be tricky to cut keys with precision based on a key image but we thrive to get it right first time, we're sorry it took a second attempt but we're glad to hear we did cut you the replacement keys you needed.

Hi, We're sorry your not fully satisfied with the keys. We have not had any issues with these keys bending or twisting, however if your unhappy with the quality please return the keys back so we can issue a full refund.

“Really quick turn around - arrived well packaged. Sadly 3 of the 5 keys don't turn the lock - its likely that these are old locks - one key won't go in at all - two go in but don't turn (the helix keys) -two are perfect. I'll probably just drill one the lock on the one that won't go in at all - I've checked and numbers and brand are right - maybe its just a dodgy lock - I suppose this was a long shot anyway. I probably should just have bought new cabinet anyway - the filing cabinet ones were perfect”

“Turns out that some Kawasaki key codes have three different keys associated with them. I received the most common one, but it was not the one that fit my bike. A different vendor explained the issue and sold me the other two keys. One worked so I could make a copy locally. Other than that, satisfactory price and turnaround time.”
