“Delivery took 4 days, key did not fit lock so consigned to bin. More help needed in choosing the right key I think.”

“Ordered key fine. And ordered processed quickly. Was told when the item was arriving. Only problem I had was i gave them the key number and it does not work, i contacted them and had no reply. Still waiting”

“If you told me details of my order I could write you a review. I ordered two key replacements. One of which has arrived promptly ,the abus plus key. the other from the netherlands is still awaited.”

“Replacement key came but only one of the two I had paid for and that did not turn the key in my filing cabinet even though it was meant to .Someone wrote and requested I send a photo of the keyhole which I did but nothing further heard from anyone. The charity I was intending to give it to( the filing cabinet) would not accept it as a gift without a working key so I gave it to a local man who was suitably grateful.”

“The key didn’t work and ended up breaking the it to try and sort it. I did order the correct one. Had to buy a new post box.”

“First response was really good, despite not having the master for the said key I was asked for a photo of the key, a key arrived within the week. Sadly did not work so was a waste of money, would have rather them say sorry we cannot do that key”

“Key shaft is 10mm longer than the original key - Wouldn’t fit coin pocket of my wallet. Have raised the issue with the customer services - they said that it is the only shaft lengths they carry”

“Very speedy service but that’s irrelevant when the keys I ordered don’t fit the lock. The Thule lock number was N143 and that’s the number on the keys but they don’t work in the lock.”

“The key I received was a poor fit for the lock. I had to wiggle it a certain way and apply quite some force before I was able to turn the key.”

“when I ordered 2 keys should both of them been cut to work the ignition barrel, as only one of them was cut the other was a blank key which I have had to get cut that is why I give you a poor review.”
