“The key supplied was for Everest double glazing. Whilst the key operated the lock the key was a very 'rough' fit in the lock and did not 'slide' into the key slot.”

“Sorry but you should have known the key was not going to work as I did tell you the maker and the No of the key but not to worry I have now got in touch with the engine manufacturers and they are sending two free of charge.sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused. Regard P tarplee”

“I purchased a replacement key for roof box bars and it arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the replacement key did not work, a local key cutter said that the blank that was used was not right for my key. I was offered a refund if I sent the key back to ReplacementKeys, but postage would have cost the same as the key so I didn't bother.”

“Ordering online was easy and the keys were delivered really quickly, by next day so very pleased with this part of the service. However the keys didn’t fit, they must have been cut wrong. I contacted the company who asked me to send photos but before I had time to do that I had another email saying they realised what was wrong and would be sending them again. My husband by then had ordered from another company. I asked for a refund and was told to return the keys, but due to work commitments I just haven’t got round to doing this yet. Maybe I should have got a refund out of goodwill due to these issues?”

“I took the key codes from two separate items one a hose safe 178 and the other a cash box 078. When the keys arrived neither of them worked !!!!!!??????. Regards I.Thompson”

“The first key they sent didn’t fit, so I emailed them and sent photos and a replacement was sent. Sadly this was almost identical to the first one and didn’t fit either. It looks like the blanks are the wrong style as neither the grooves or teeth seemed in the right place.”

“I lost my keys for my top box so ordered some new. As I paid it gave postage options, one of which was royal mail first class (2-3 days). With 5 days notice I felt this was more than sufficient. Once ordered an email was sent saying that actually it could take up to 5 days not the initial 2-3 days. This didn’t happen and the company then emailed saying it could take up to 7 days. Consequently we went away without the top box. TotAl waste of money! I’m wondering if my keys have arrived as this is written whilst away!! 😡😡😡😡 Very annoyed and if proper advice was given, avoidable!!!!”

“Rk ltd sent a replacent key for my cash box. The key fit the lock, but would not turn. I had to file the key down to the correct size.”
