I ordered 3 separate keys; 1 arrived and worked after I sent additional photographs of the lock face. The second didn't work after sending additional photographs. The third key didn't arrive at all.

The keys arrived quickly but were the wrong size. I emailed them back but no response. I would like to give a better review as I don't like sending bad reviews.

Key took longer to arrive than anticipated and only just about works in the lock. The key seems like it should have been sanded down or burnished after cutting. Sometimes it goes straight into the lock , other times it takes several attempts to push it fully in before it will turn

None of the 3 keys i ordered will work. They will go into lock with force but wont turn.

I ordered two replacement keys for a desk drawer. The code given on the lock was 78 337 but unfortunately neither key operated the lock. I did not pursue this due to the low value of the items.

Lost roof rack key code N111. I ordered a replacement key code N111. The key I got didn’t fit. I sent an email and found them very unhelpful. They wanted a photo of the lost key. ???

The keys all work and I am satisfied with the product. Hayley, at replacement keys, was very helpful when I alerted the company that the keys had not been delivered despite Royal Mail's claim that they had recorded the delivery. The parcel from replacement keys was left in the letter box at the delivery address 9 days after Royal Mail claimed that they had delivered the parcel. We are not sure if this was by a Royal Mail employee or the person who had received the parcel in error. The signature and name on the delivery note emailed to me did not concord with anyone at the delivery address. Fortunately, there was no documentation linking the keys with my home address within the parcel but I had to endure nine days wondering who had the keys and if they could use them to gain access to my property.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand your frustration, disappointment and worries of the delayed delivery. Usually Royal Mail are very good at delivering next day, but they have fallen well short on this occasion and we will raise this with our Royal Mail Account Manager. As you've highlighted, for security we don't send any paperwork with the keys and you have followed our advice to have the keys posted to an alternative address. Please accept our apologies on behalf of Royal Mail.

The Yale high-security key I ordered didn't work despite various attempts to make it work, which was disappointing. But I've given them an extra star for their good customer service and no-quibble refund.

Thank you for asking feedback. Yes, I received the keys and a minor delay has not been a problem. However, the keys do fit into my Samsonite suitcase lock. When ordering I referred to the same key or lock number which I can see on the lock itself. A.Lahtinen

Keys arrived in good time,but we're totally the wrong type,and they don't have the blanks,so have returned the key and awaiting a refund.

The price was okay, the delivery was fine. The key opens the lock but it only goes in one side up and is difficult getting it in the lock, not very smooth and very fiddly. Will have to do as a spare not for regular use.
