The keys all work and I am satisfied with the product. Hayley, at replacement keys, was very helpful when I alerted the company that the keys had not been delivered despite Royal Mail's claim that they had recorded the delivery. The parcel from replacement keys was left in the letter box at the delivery address 9 days after Royal Mail claimed that they had delivered the parcel. We are not sure if this was by a Royal Mail employee or the person who had received the parcel in error. The signature and name on the delivery note emailed to me did not concord with anyone at the delivery address. Fortunately, there was no documentation linking the keys with my home address within the parcel but I had to endure nine days wondering who had the keys and if they could use them to gain access to my property.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand your frustration, disappointment and worries of the delayed delivery. Usually Royal Mail are very good at delivering next day, but they have fallen well short on this occasion and we will raise this with our Royal Mail Account Manager. As you've highlighted, for security we don't send any paperwork with the keys and you have followed our advice to have the keys posted to an alternative address. Please accept our apologies on behalf of Royal Mail.

The Yale high-security key I ordered didn't work despite various attempts to make it work, which was disappointing. But I've given them an extra star for their good customer service and no-quibble refund.

Thank you for asking feedback. Yes, I received the keys and a minor delay has not been a problem. However, the keys do fit into my Samsonite suitcase lock. When ordering I referred to the same key or lock number which I can see on the lock itself. A.Lahtinen

Keys arrived in good time,but we're totally the wrong type,and they don't have the blanks,so have returned the key and awaiting a refund.

The price was okay, the delivery was fine. The key opens the lock but it only goes in one side up and is difficult getting it in the lock, not very smooth and very fiddly. Will have to do as a spare not for regular use.

Unfortunately the keys I ordered don't work and do not match the pattern of my original key. I now need to arrange for them to be returned and for correctly cut replacement keys to be supplied. Very disappointed and am hoping that the customer service with the returns and exchange process will make up for this.

At first I was happy. My order went in, a set of two keys promptly received. That was as good as it got as the keys were the wrong spec, order was resubmitted. Only to be told they did not have the profile for my key. They do advertise my key number in the range.

My order arrived on time< however despite giving all the information required the key did not fit the lock, however I returned the key and was given a full refund, I can not fault that.

Sorry to say the key I received wasn't even a close fit. Not sure whever this is due to the replacement or the wrong code on the roof rack

I didn't see the keys were from UK. I had to pay taxes 23 euro in EU. To much for the price of keys. I will never command keys online from this website. Some people of UK wanted to quit the EU. I will command at other places in the EU.

Hi Bart, We're sorry to hear that you didn't realise we were a UK based company. We do make it clear on our website that we are not charging any VAT and it will be payable on import. For future reference, after getting some feedback of the very high charges most EU countries are charging its citizens we will shortly be charging EU VAT on future orders. Blank used was bigger than the key it was purchased to replace. Consequently the replacement could not be inserted into the lock. Significant size reduction, by filing down along the entire length, was required

hi this was the second lot of keys cut for the boat. the first and second lot did not fit very well took a lot of jiggling to get them to work must take a file to them. otherwise the price was fair. regards g boyce.

The number was KA171 on the old key. The new keys had KA171 but they looked different and didn't fit. The delivery was excellent however and I have used Replacement keys before a few times without any problems.
