we have used this company many times but unfortuntly on this times there service was below there normal standard. we ordered units on a before 12.00 delivery we reiced have the delivery 2 days later and the othere half 4 days later

This was a "click & collect" order of just 6x tubes of sealant. Shown 'IN STOCK' on your website, ready for collection. I wasted more time just trying to get into your "counter" than it took me to actually drive there from Holt Heath. Only acheiving it because someone walking in through the front door of "Reddixxx" offices happened to say hello, so i challenged him. - Still took yet another 10 minutes to drive back to the invisible counter and get through the non-existant counter door. Then came the long wait, another collector was already being served with a few small items was similarly exasperated, laughing at the rediculous situation of waiting 15 minutes for a few bits. It took several attempts to identify the correct order than at least 10 minutes more to actually find my 6 tubes of sealant, the boxes of which i could see littered the shelves before me. Thankful to finally get my hands i my order, i refused waiting for any box or bag and beat a hasty retreat juggling my six tubes. Not quite finished, my invoiced was eventually emailed to me, wrong. 4 tubes instead of six, stating the rest of my order "will be delivered when stock comes available" !!! I need my invoices to be accurate so i returned an email to the sender, stating i had already COLLECTED my 6 tubes as ordered. I did subsequently receive another invoice - for 2 tubes, with a note that the fist invoice was for only 4 because the other 2 were not in stock :( Grateful i was able to obtain a scarcely avaiable brand-item, but boy what a challenge of Hercules to collect them. Thank god the order wasn't more complex .

My "next day" order was dispatched a day late, and only after I had to phone to find out what status this very time sensitive order was at. The staff beads I ordered did arrive the next day thankfully, but not only were the staff beads split, and essentially broken off, the rest of order was completely missing and no other delivery notification was provided. Strangely, the next day again, the rest of the order was delivered out of the blue in a separate box which was barely even sealed and had no protective packaging, so the items were nearly falling out. After a phone call with Ciara, the most unhelpful, uninterested person who took my calls at Reddiseals, who wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before demanding photographic evidence of the damage, I sent over photos via email. A follow up call to Ciara again was made to ask if she could take a look at the photos I provided, and as before, she simply wanted to end the call as fast as possible without an apology or an answer, only a passing the buck to a different department with no promise of a follow up or anything. There was absolutely no further contact from anyone at Reddiseals, and replacement staff beads turned up the next day out of the blue with no notice from the company, or an apology. I wouldn't use them again after this and advise others to be careful.

The product is good however, we ordered two tubes, one was split at the bottom so not usable, didn't open to check on delivery, found a week later when we opened to use.

It took 3 deliveries for me to get the correct product I ordered , I had to put my job back which left my customer not happy.

The product and delivery were very good,but the customer service was very poor. I wanted a sample before buying a huge roll to confirm i had the right product for the job.I called them iand spoke to a guy called Calum.He agreed to post me 3 small samples.A week later i chased them and he then said they cant send three , 2 was the maximum.So i said fine send the 2. 3 weeks later they still had not arrived so i had to take a chance and order a full roll. Not Good customer service.

I confirm your order was received and despatched on the day of receipt using the delivery service chosen. I apologise for the delay in the delivery time and can only assume due to the recent Royal Mail strikes that this has created a backlog and time lapse in deliveries. Quite disappointed, first time using this company. Should have been next day delivery but the company never delivered. Was told that they have contract drivers who just say they attempted to deliver but don’t actually bother(due to deliver to my shop which was open all day!!). Had to cancel work for the weekend due to that. Also bought some 2 part window putty. The container delivered had no instructions on mixing proportions. Had to phone up, was told that the entire 5kg needed to be mixed and had a life of 1 week. This was not explained anywhere- was due to use this on multiple windows over the next few months. Had to throw 95% of the putty away. Pretty disappointed they use a poor delivery service and useless website instructions.

With regard to the Putty purchased, we do offer this in different sizes to suit requirements and technical data information is available online, however, I agree the lifespan of the product was not clealy defined. We have ordered a number of times from Reddiseals in the past and have always found the quality of the products to be good, price reasonable and delivery reliable. The move to using DX as their delivery partner has been disastrous/catastrophic as far as we are concerned. Delivery hubs vary around the country, but our local DX hub is poor, 3 attempts at delivery have been made, so far 2 out of the 3 parts of the delivery have made it, after ringing (and ringing) to check on progress and (literally) running up the road to chase the van. The packaging on the first item was badly damaged, but the seals survived OK. No news of the remaining 10 items in the third box, our customer is chasing us for their heritage sash windows, so we have driven to our local supplier to buy a repeat order. Good products, terrible courier.

Placed the order on the evening of Wed 6/9/20. Now wed 16/9/20 still no delivery, no email as to why, no apology and why am I paying £8.50 for next day delivery whe it takes this long to arrive!! Unsatisfied. Dave

I bought some window stops two months ago. They arrived promptly and were fitted. Unfortunately some of them did not work properly. So I contacted Reddiseals through their website contact form and explained the problem. I soon received an automatic email promising a response soon. I realise that, with Covid-19, things may take longer, but one month later and still nothing. Very disappointing.

I would love to give a good review, the website was very easy to navigate and make a purchase. The item I required was unfortunately out of stock and I received a prompt phonecall advising this with the option to wait or for a full refund. Disappointingly, I am still awaiting this refund 7vdays later after being told I could expect to wait the normal 3 days

Purchase was smooth but the option for postage and cost is limited to 1 option only and that is too, very expensive. I felt it was unfair as a consumer to have no other option but to pay such a large amount. Besides, I recieved the item and the quality of the product in comparison to the original replicated seal is very poor. The product can only be purchased in a large quantity which for the trade people is a positive but for DIY customers is a large negative and a waste of money as smaller quantities can not be purchased. In a nutshell I felt that it's their way or the Highway.
