The product and delivery were very good,but the customer service was very poor.
I wanted a sample before buying a huge roll to confirm i had the right product for the job.I called them iand spoke to a guy called Calum.He agreed to post me 3 small samples.A week later i chased them and he then said they cant send three , 2 was the maximum.So i said fine send the 2. 3 weeks later they still had not arrived so i had to take a chance and order a full roll. Not Good customer service.
