“6 Staffbeads delivered safely and on time. The usual excellent product, apart from one staffbead that should not have been shipped, having a damaged edge exactly where it cannot be accepted. Fortunately I had enough left-overs to get the job done, and to mask the problem, but its a bodge, and not a normal standard. Reddiseal should not have failed to reject this bead. Very unusual.”

“In general I'm happy with rediseals, but some times there is part of the order not delivered and nobody contacted to say that we haven't got it in stock . I should expect a phone call at least saying sorry some of the stuff isn't available but will be delivered in few days time.”

“Very happy with the products and all the staff I have dealt with have been very proffessional and helpfull. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the delivery is not great. Twice I have paid for next working day delivery and both times the order didn't arrive next working day which has caused me problems and work delays. To be fair Reddiseals refunded me my carriage charges. I would definiteley use them again but next time I would order a few days before if possible.”

“The product was excellent it arrived very well packaged, I thought the postage was a little on the expensive side and having to sign for something costing less £10 was ridiculous. But if I needed something similar again I would definitely use this company!”

“Very good service and next day delivery as stated. The only criticism was that the packaging was not secure enough and the contents (friction stays) had fallen out of the package when delivered. Fortunately all were intact.”

“Fast responce, quick delivery, overall very good My only issue is postage to Guernsey was £150, postage to UK address £3.50, luckily I knew somebody in the UK that would post this to me for another £5 with Royal Mail”

“4starts for the company, 2 starts for the " heavy duty hinges" that when compared to standard ones are the exact same size and thickness. I will need to source bigger stronger ones elsewhere sadly”

“I ordered a 5.5mm weatherstrip (without fin) in grey from the website but was supplied with a 5mm grey weatherstrip. After phoning customer service, apparently, the 5.5mm is not supplied in grey. I am going to try the 5mm weatherstrip as I really do not want white or brown on the areas I can see; I may need to order the larger size in a colour I don't want for the parts which are not visible. It would be nice to see black or grey also being offered in all the various weatherstrip sizes. I can't be the only person who doesn't want white (which will show the dirt more easily over time in exposed areas of the window) or brown (which in my opinion just isn't a very nice colour). It also wasn't great that the 5.5mm weatherstrip was even being offered on the website when it doesn't exist. I was however very impressed with the helpful customer service on the phone, who were apologetic about the incorrect website (although the incorrect size is still on there), and also the speed with which the order was delivered. I would definitely use Reddiseals again.”
