“I've been waiting two weeks for a refund on two items I returned (bought in error) - I sent tracked by Royal Mail 24. Items marked as recieved but I've still not received the refund. Shout out to Felix in Sales. Otherwise - good products and fast delivery. I woud have rated 5 but for this unresolved problem...”

“I bought window bar tape, sealant and caulking. I haven't used them yet but they look as advertised. The delivery was super quick. I had a query about the type of tape I needed and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me exactly what I would need for my project.”

Phoned Reddiseals to check stock, placed order mid afternoon, delivery next day - sash window assembled day after. Brilliant, thanks very much. Guess who gets the next order.”

“Wrong item delivered, contacted customer support via email, no response. Telephoned 4 days later and they had received the email but done nothing with it. The guy said he would arrange for the goods to be collected via DPD. Items never collected and still waiting for correct item to be sent. Apparently they won’t send out correct item until they have confirmed collection. Problem here is they are arranging the collection that never happened. I’ll fight on but would I buy from them again. No chance !!!”
