“Service was good as usual but the product was poor to average and very expensive for what it was never buy that again it was on a cardboard real and was in 12 separate pieces I had to patch every door way in and glue to hold very disappointing”

“Order placed online on a Thursday, paid extra for next day delivery as needed for Monday morning. Checked online Friday and no paperwork emailed through and no sign of delivery. Called and told no trace of order on system, then found eventually on the system apols etc. Can't now send out until Monday so won't be with you till Tuesday. Called Monday to confirm delivery would definately be some time Tuesday so gently suggested they might like to upgrade that to a morning delivery which they did. Suggest calling and placing any urgent orders verbally rather than assume the online orders work.”
