“My Joiner and I use Reddiseals for all our window requirements. Delivery is quick and quality excellent. Only wish there was a product to put round doors which was like staff bead with a channel for Slegal but with a flat side and a chamfered edge.”

“Order placed online on a Thursday, paid extra for next day delivery as needed for Monday morning. Checked online Friday and no paperwork emailed through and no sign of delivery. Called and told no trace of order on system, then found eventually on the system apols etc. Can't now send out until Monday so won't be with you till Tuesday. Called Monday to confirm delivery would definately be some time Tuesday so gently suggested they might like to upgrade that to a morning delivery which they did. Suggest calling and placing any urgent orders verbally rather than assume the online orders work.”

“I've been waiting two weeks for a refund on two items I returned (bought in error) - I sent tracked by Royal Mail 24. Items marked as recieved but I've still not received the refund. Shout out to Felix in Sales. Otherwise - good products and fast delivery. I woud have rated 5 but for this unresolved problem...”
