Hi, We paid for 8 sash window weights. Only 7 arrived, sorry we have been away. The delivery driver pt a note on the slip, saying that it said there were meant to be 8 but he only had 7, please can you send the 8th one out asap?

Brass Screws were missing - I now have to get them and then drive 110 miles to fit. Thanks !

Online you show availability for everything I ordered and delivery within a specified timescale. I then get a phone call to say part of my order is on back order. When ordering your website needs to be clear about availability.

I ordered 6 rolls of brown butyl flexy strip. I got 5 brown and 1 black. If it was a substitution it would have been nice to be notified

We ordered an overnight delivery the product did not arrive for 4 days. we are still awaiting a refund of overnight charge!!...can anyone help sort this out.

Next day delivery didn't arrive because the delivery driver said he couldn't get to the house with my 12" square box - "access too small". But two double decker busses an hour stop outside, so go figure that one! If live by the M6 you should be fine, anything smaller they might decide you are too tricky. It came the following day, but I had been waiting with glass in hand for a whole day extra by then. I had paid for next day for a reason.

I have ordered online and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. I made the order on Saturday early morning. They have explained me today, which is Monday that, they do not work on Saturday and Sundays. So my delivery is arranged for Tuesday! In that case, what is the point of paying extra for guaranteed next day delivery? They need to warn people that it does not make any difference, if the order is placed at weekend! Now I can not complete my job and I am very upset!

I’m sorry if it wasn’t clear however on our Ordering and Delivery page - https://www.reddiseals.com/ordering-and-delivery we do mention in bold ‘Order before 4:00pm Monday – Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery’. We will look into this and see if we can prevent the same happening again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
