Received items in good time. Product quality is a little dubious. Not sure how these pass QC inspection if there is even one. Child proof Reddilocks 19mm: one was noticeably notched on the front face see photo. Fitch Fastener Non Locking Narrow - S.Chrome: countersink on the faster was not deep enough so when using supplied screws they where raised and subsequently caught on the rotation part of the lock. I had to drill the counter sink deeper with a blunt metal bit took ages and what should have been 5 minutes job ended up taking far longer. See photo of raised screw. Overall cheep stuff but poorer quality. So only 3 stars

We would normally give a 4 or 5 star rating as we have had good service over the years. However, lately there seems to be an issue when ordering weights and when a credit is due. Weights seem to be arriving with some weights missing. Although the weight was replaced, we were invoiced for it. The credit for the missing that was due came months late and in the meantime, we were threatened with being cut off from our credit account. There is currently an account or admin problem with Reddiseals.

Product was good But the delivery cost was very high The cost at Royal Mail would of been £12 I was charged £36 Was not happy with this

Never had a problem with any of your products. I've been using and depending on you for over ten years and am happy to continue. The website is painfully slow though. Painfully, woefully, tragically slow. It's like the old days of dial-up. Delivery is usually reliable, though sadly requires a whole day sacrificed to receive as it's not possible to have a delivery window time shorter than 0800 - 1800. In today's delivery world that is woeful. adding a days pay to the cost of ordering from you makes you expensive. The emailed delivery tracker link doesn't work to the point where it's pretty much useless. Don't be discouraged. What Reddiseals is doing is very good. Just need to update the IT massively to improve ordering and delivery.

The seal works very well in the windows. Upon delivery the packaging was damage therefore it is not sufficiently robust enough. Luckily there was no damage to the seal material.

Order came quick but the product was in bad condition - the box seemed to not be treated with care so the product I ordered was all over the box

Apart from the box being partially open, looking like it had been sat on and all the bits inside strewn around with little packaging to hold it. Everything arrived as ordered. I would recommend better packaging, the box was twice the size needed. More care and attention to sealing the box and looking after the contents. I paid over £200 for my order but could have easily lost some of it in transit. The order took 5 days to come which I think was a little excessive?

i have purchased a luxury sash repair kit from reddiseals. it got shipped promptly in two parcels. the tube that contained the beads was well packed but the other package that had caulk, panel pins, sash weighs etc in a box was quite a shoddy one. on one corner it was open. upon reception i checked contents and everything was there so i didn't think much of it. i did the job, refitting a sash window and in the end i only used the beads and seals from the kit so i asked if i could return the rest and get a partial refund. they promptly said "no" with the reason that i bought the whole thing as a "kit". well. if it was a kit sent out in a package much like a lego kit i would have not tried at all to get a refund. but since it was a bunch of unrelated items chucked in a cardboard box and envelopes i thought that it would've been quite reasonable to offer me a refund for some items that i didn't use. i've learnt that it is not their way of thinking. in my books this is very unprofessional. but that is only my private and professional opinion. so i would recommend not to get a kit that sou might have leftovers from but to get bits and bobs separately from them. the beads are great quality and not so easy to source but the rest can be purchased at equal quality but lower cost from other local merchants like toolstation or screwfix.

Products sent to a central address due to the ridiculous delivery charges £24.99. Picked up from the central address to Inverness £4.99. To for you guys to wise up and organise another distributor.

The primed beading is very thinly primed and the planing requires a bit of filling to achieve a good finish. Screws provided with the window locks are very fragile and can be broken by a small hand powered screwdriver.

With regard to the screws, due to the nature of the product and ensuring that we offer a perfect match to the fasteners, the screws are brass and we do recommend that a manual screwdriver to be used in our fitting instructions. Ordered on the 12/03/2021 its now the 21/03/2021 and the goods have still not arrived. The goods finally arrived on 22/03/2021 after which I was contacted by Reddiseal, as a good will gesture Reddiseal refunded the carriage cost. So all sorted.

The products are always good quality but I find the delivery process less impressive. This time I spent 3 days trying to contact them after I didn’t receive the shipment next day. When I finally got through it had only just shipped, they didn’t know why. So order placed on Tuesday arrived the following Monday. My shipping cost was refunded but it delayed my project.

No complaints about the tape or the speed of delivery just the cost of carriage which was £4.60 on a £7.50 order. Having said that other manufacturers of this product charge as much or more either for the tape or the delivery. The tape does what it’s meant to do really well and I’m very pleased with it.

I struggled to make any contact to get info for the product I wanted and went to another supplier! However that supplier did not do the product in the colour I wanted! So I ordered through Reddiseals and all went fine.
