We have been loyal customers of Reddiseal since 2015, but unfortunately, over the years, their customer service has significantly declined. Orders frequently arrive incomplete or go missing altogether, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Another major issue is their invoicing system. Despite making full payments, we continue to receive invoices claiming outstanding balances. When contacting their accounts department, they shift the blame to customer service, creating a frustrating cycle of miscommunication. Even after months of trying to resolve these discrepancies, they persist in attempting to re-charge us for items that were already paid for. Despite numerous requests, we are still waiting for a call back from a manager—yet it seems they simply don’t care, as it’s not their business at stake. As a result, we have moved most of our business to other suppliers who offer not only better customer service but also more competitive prices. For those considering Reddiseal, we strongly recommend shopping around—there are far better alternatives out there. Your loyal customer Joinex

Terrible company. They advertise things on their webisite that they do not have in stock. Then they ring you the next day to say that you can't get your item for three weeks; even though I paid for next day delivery. When I explained that I am a business and can't let my customer down by delaying the job for three weeks they really try and talk you out of asking for a refund. To cap it all off the refund takes a week. That's right a week. My payment to them must be instantaneous but when they owe me money it takes a week. I ended up buying the repair resin I had ordered from a competitor - who sell it for 15% cheaper anyway - and in the past I have had nothing but trouble from reddiseals. Just one example is the last five times I have paid for next day delivery - always placing the order before 10am - I didn't receive my order for two (and once three) days anyway. I have finally given up on you reddiseals. You have given you way to many second chances for 15 years now. You guys are hopeless.

Sorry to hear about your experience above, it's never great losing a customer. Upon reviewing your order it appears that one of the items was indeed out of stock unfortunately, however this was communicated within 15 minutes of ordering and we completed the refund 3 days later. My order hasnt arrived and l am still waiting for it,.However someone else’s came instead, so l phoned you up and explained, and was told you would get backto me and that you would dispatch another order to me by Monday last?

Item was not delivered, had to contact reddiseals, it was then re ordered with no explanation or apology, it has now not turned up again so it’s been re ordered …. Again , I’ve paid £7 something for next day delivery and a week later it’s still not here, I have been massively put out and I haven’t been refunded for delivery cost, not a chappy

Flipping awfiul, ordered black you delivered white, contacted you, you said the change over would be next day that was on the 10th June. Where the is my replacment for goodness sake. Or can you refund me immediately if you've not got any.

After having difficulties with the website I rang to see if I could pay over the phone. I was told rather abruptly that could not be done and I could email an order and an account would be set up. I then went back and tried the website again and successful placed an order for next day delivery. I waited in all day for this order to arrive but it failed to arrive. I rang reddiseals next day only to be told they did not know why it had not arrived and it would "probably "be the following Monday now. I finally received a email confirming my order and this did arrive next day. I will not be using Reddiseals again.

We made an order online which went through twice due to an error on their system.We paid twice for the same order and were promised a refund .5 weeks later still no refund everyone keeps passing the book back to a manager who will not reply to our emails or phone calls.Also we paid a shipping next day delivery cost .The goods were not delivered for a week after a phone call to chase them .Very poor service and staff overpromising

I have bough 2 weeks ago products worth over £800 with 1 day delivery. Untill today I haven't received anything. Noone cares, poor customer service and they are just getting worse and worse. Really, very dissapointing......

Best not to ask... I ordered an item for next day delivery , paid for it, recieved confirmation of my order. Then nothing... weekend passed and I thought I would enquire as just the postage was expensive enough and to hear nothing... Turned out the item no longer stocked and should not have been on the website. Good thing I checked with Reddiseals as I doubt anyone cared.

first order, took £1600 + VAT for intumescent tape told 5 days later, they havent got any promised a part delivery to site, went to site to start the job NO TAPE, told Sorry it wont be there until tomorrow to say sorry, was offered discount off our next order.....shockingly poor service

Honestly….the order placed online is out of stock and I was not informed until I chased it up a week later! This is the second time this has happened maybe you should review how you’re ordering system works.

The only delivery option available for the seal we required was ‘next day courier’ at a cost of £26.38 plus VAT. Admittedly the weather was wild but there was alternate routes in place on A90 for 48 hrs before a contra flow was operational. As we had not received the delivery we contacted Reddiseal after 5 days to be told they would contact the courier for an update but we heard nothing till the delivery driver arrived with a very battered package - SEVEN DAYS LATE!!! Again we contacted Reddiseal who very quickly shrugged their shoulders and blamed the couriers for the delay and the state of the delivery. I reminded them that our contact was with them was for ‘safe next day delivery’. Eventually after much debate Reddiseal said they would refund the delivery charges. We waited three and a half weeks and no funds were returned to our bank account so we wrote and requested an update as to when this money would be received. A reply was received to say they would look into it now but they had a large backlog and asked that we bear with them. Another 10 days on and still no refund! ! ! Goods appear to be fine but customer service is severely lacking.
