“Amazing service and incredibly helpful . I had placed an internet order and within a very short while received a call where the loveliest lady queried my order as she suspected I had orders the incorrect item . She amended my order which avoided all the problems that I would have encountered with me having to return , refund and reorder . Will 100% be using them for the repaired to my other windows .”

“The sash stop window stops arrived well packed and speedily. They were as desxribed, good quality and with clear instructions. Unfortunately one pack did not include the key required for retracting. After contacting Reddiseals, a replacement key arrived the following day. Fantastic service.”

“The only issue I would say with reddiseal is the difficulty in finding the right product on your website ( very difficult) especially for a 64 year old person 😊🤣👍”

“Excellent selection of parts/seals etc. to refurb an old window and good value too. Pleased to see they also deliver to the Isle of Wight without a load of fuss (or somehow thinking it is the other side of the world and charging accordingly). Will definitely use again and would recommend.”
