This was a truly bad experience. I asked for quotes, just like with any other comparison site and now my phone won't stand still with movers being very intrusive and wanting to agree on dates and rates. Not professional.

Very misleading advertising. Was trying to find out how much I need to budget for moving my belongings. Really Moving says their service allows me to compare quotes in seconds. However this is not true. They sent my details to five companies (which to be honest they do warn about), who then individually contacted me and would only give a quote if they came and conducted a full survey of all my posessions. Hardly a "Quotes in seconds" service.

We ask and encourage all our removals partners to provide estimates of their prices to give to our customers when they register for quotes, however some do decide not to provide these and instead share their full pricing after the initial survey. We recognise that it is extremely unfortunate that all the partners you were provided with chose not to share a quote. It is an uncommon occurrence that has unfortunately made our system less helpful to you and slowed down the process, so we apologise for that. Requested a quote thinking reallymoving. Com was a company in itself and spent the day getting loads of emails (some companies more than one) and calls from 5+ companies. Totally overwhelming.

Pretty annoying to get inundated with calls and emails from law firms after using the site. I didn't see any marketing opt-in options so not sure if this is even compliant with GDPR - seems pretty unprofessional to me.

I picked White Horse surveys off the list. They were meant to come yesterday. I’ve found out today they have gone bust and I have lost my money.. cheers

Only continue if you wish to be contacted by companies! Didn’t want me that they would be sharing my details and was bombarded the next day by different companies. Great if that’s what you’re looking for tho

The site came up while searching Park Home surveys; The site provided 4 links. 3 didn't do park home surveys. 1 had not heard of park homes.

Hi David, Surveys for park homes are a specialist category, and whilst it was possible some of the surveyors you got quotes for might have been able to help, it's unfortunate that none of them could. We shouldn't be appearing in search for park home surveys, though sometimes this is down to the search engine and beyond our control. We will look into it, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Completely unhelpful. Beyond being able to provide the departing and arriving addresses, there is no option to supply information on property access (I am in a 3rd-floor walkup) or details of the contents to be moved (beyond being a 2-bedroom flat). I have a piano! Consequently, I have zero trust in the quotes provided. To make matters worse, within seconds of the quote list showing, I was immediately inundated with calls from a variety of body shops in India asking for surveys of home contents via WhatsApp. It was horrifying!

Waiting in 2days for them to come no correspondence until I got in touch. They made an excuse then rearranged still didn’t turn up. Tried to ring no answer. Had my money and still waiting I’m wondering if it’s a fraud to make easy money

I just wanted an idea of conveyancing prices, instead I was immediately inundated with telephone calls and e-mails from on-line conveyancing companies. I felt like I had just been served up for dinner for a bunch of hungry vultures! I did look at some of these companies on Trust Pilot and there were quite a few poor reviews. Not introductions to the creme de la creme.

Quotes given that was OK. Then driven insane by constant emails and phone calls. Even when I explained I hadn't decided on a particular property the phone calls kept coming.

I had one scam call where i was supposedly put on hold whilst playing music, and this one rang 4 times each time the same procedure and messaged. I have now blocked them the others were too expensive or never read the description of my requirement for moving only one piece of furniture inside my home from one room to another.
