“Just wanted to express our appreciation of Thompson & Son, a great West Midlands removal company, who we gratefully relied on in August 2026 at the end of a very challenging conveyancing process. The reception team of Shannon and June were wonderful throughout - remarkably helpful and patient in the face of numerous enquiries about different possible completion dates. Then for the packing service and the move itself the team of Adi, Dave, Kieran and Dave were excellent and friendly despite working during the peak of the latest heatwave. Everything went where it should and furniture was reassembled perfectly. Really cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Have been a longstanding customer of Redpath Moving and Storage through their long history as Rogers Removals. We had an excellent service from Redpath, the movers were professional, pleasant, courteous and reliable. All of our queries were dealt with quickly and effectively. They worked extremely hard to get the job done and really went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.”

“I joined this company almost a month ago because their lead prices were much lower than other similar companies. At first, it seemed like a good, affordable option. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I’ve been spending around £150 per week on leads, and after nearly a month, I haven’t managed to book a single appointment. In my experience, it has been a complete waste of money. While the lower prices may seem attractive, I personally found that cheaper doesn’t necessarily mean better value. I’d rather pay more for higher-quality leads that actually have a chance of converting. I also think customers requesting quotes should be made aware that tradespeople pay for the leads they submit. Many of the people I contacted didn’t seem to realise that their enquiry had already cost someone money. This is just my personal experience, but based on the amount I’ve spent and the results I’ve seen, I can’t recommend this service.”
