“Easy to use. My only issue was one of the companies who sent a quote , even though I didn’t contact them, contacted the estate agent to make an appointment. I found this unacceptable. They did ring back later in the day to tell the estate agent that they were not appointed to do the survey.”

“Quotes were easy to get but I had to provide my phone number with the promise I wouldn’t be spammed and I have had multiple phone calls since (more than 4 which is the number of quotes given so who are the other people calling?) that were not wanted, I simply wanted the quotes in the first instance and then to contact the relevant parties as required.”

“I found that although companies submitted quotes straight away, they were quite different in reality with several increasing by over £100+ from first quotes. Would i use again, i doubt it.”

“It was a useful tool but unfortunately it gave me a couple of removal companies that were very far away so the carbon footprint would have been larger than if we used a company closer.”

“The site only offered me ONE surveyor in Belfast, which was disappointing, but he was very efficient and competitive so I got fixed up OK. It would be nice to see more firms listed, though.”

“Went on to use conveyancing quotes as suggested from moneysavingexpert. It was handy, and gave us a starting point, but I would have liked maybe more than 4 quotes -perhaps up to 10 would give a great range.”
