“Only one firm contacted me. They seemed quite good and set up a home meeting for quote only to cancel on the morning of the visit due to sickness. I then had to wait 5 days for another visit. Very stressful! I am probably being more successful phoning around myself.”

“Easy ton use, but all quotes provided were significantly pricier than other quotes I receive from other comparison sites.”

“Promised five quotes. Only three firms were shown on the results page, all with "TBA" prices. Two firms followed up on the next day and asked detailed questions on the phone and/or in person. Only one firm eventually made an offer. Never heard back from the others. Will look for other alternatives now as I need three quotes, otherwise my employer won't reimburse me for the relocation.”

“Expect calls ,texts, and emails from the quoting companies, they have to be told that they are damaging their chances of getting your business , if you are like me and hate the hard sell.”

“Easy to use. My only issue was one of the companies who sent a quote , even though I didn’t contact them, contacted the estate agent to make an appointment. I found this unacceptable. They did ring back later in the day to tell the estate agent that they were not appointed to do the survey.”

“Quick and easy would of been 5 star if they did not give out your contact details for companies to contact you.”

“A good service but, I would not use intranet conveyancing.”

“Quotes were easy to get but I had to provide my phone number with the promise I wouldn’t be spammed and I have had multiple phone calls since (more than 4 which is the number of quotes given so who are the other people calling?) that were not wanted, I simply wanted the quotes in the first instance and then to contact the relevant parties as required.”

“I found that although companies submitted quotes straight away, they were quite different in reality with several increasing by over £100+ from first quotes. Would i use again, i doubt it.”

“The quotes received we're higher than ringing round local solicitors”

“It was a useful tool but unfortunately it gave me a couple of removal companies that were very far away so the carbon footprint would have been larger than if we used a company closer.”

“Only one quote was received so still need to shop around.”

“The site only offered me ONE surveyor in Belfast, which was disappointing, but he was very efficient and competitive so I got fixed up OK. It would be nice to see more firms listed, though.”

“Went on to use conveyancing quotes as suggested from moneysavingexpert. It was handy, and gave us a starting point, but I would have liked maybe more than 4 quotes -perhaps up to 10 would give a great range.”

“I was offered almost instant quotes, but found alternative movers.”

“A quick way of getting lots of competitive quotes but approach with caution and be aware that you are likely to get inundated with phone calls if you give your number out...”
